Pros (+) The proximity to the beach and restaurants
Pros (+) Free wi-fi, free parking, walking distance to restaurants, bars, and the beach. The room was clean, and brought a mini fridge and a microwave, which I really was not expecting for that price. Heck we've been in $125 a night hotels that won't give you that. I will definetely stay here again.
Cons (-) If the cleaning staff catches you out of the room, they will clean the room even if you are ok with the room as it is. That was a little annoying but it didn't take away from the rest of the experience. Overall the staff was great. I will recommend this place to anybody.

Cons (-) Our check in time was 2pm, arrived to a sign on the door that said 'back in 5 minutes'. 15 minutes later I called the posted phone number, spoke with a man who said the attendant should be there and that he would call him.
