Pros: I spent a night for a stopover waiting for my connecting, national flight, coming from Europe. The pousada was perfect because it is near the AirPort and the owner, provides a shuttleservice to and from the AirPort, for free and safe. Room was very clean, relaxed area and good breakfast. Gilberto, the owner is a nice and interesting host. I fly to Europe often and certainly will stay in IpitangaIV again.

Cons: Bed sheets feel cheap and rough. The included breakfast was average at best. The location is not in a desirable part of town. We wanted something close to the airport, however something on the south side may be preferred for a future visit.

Pros: The pool is a good place to relax. Bed was comfortable. Staff were very helpful and always friendly. Cold beer
Cons: Room was as described in website but very below average facilities. Shower either freezing cold or boiling hot, no inbetween. Pressure was about 2 on a scale of 1-10. We booked the exact room as friends of ours, but their room was much better standard. Lots of space, balcony, jacuzzi. The room we were in was tiny, the light from other rooms came in strongly from both windows. Fridge was smelling and turned off upon arrival, and sink blocked. Breakfast was pretty average at best. Plenty of choice however, and the breakfast area is well arranged and staff ready to attend to any request.

Cons: The placed had roaches falling from the walls, seeds or whatever stuck to the sheets, management was rude and the placed resembled the type of establishment you pay by the minute.

Cons: The receptionist when I arrived was very RUDE, Adriela I believe she was called. She had a terrible attitude on a simple request about somewhere to eat or arranging food. After an 11 hour journey very frustrating when I spoke in Portuguese. At one of my requests she held her hand up in front of my face to indicate not to speak. The hotel is basic the staff in the morning were great but I still have a bad impression from the night staff. I do not recommended this hotel find another one, plenty to choose from.
