Pros: This was my second time staying at No.1 Pery Square and, if anything, it had improved from the last time, and the previous time it was excellent! Everything about the hotel is luxurious and all of the staff are pleasant, well trained and extremely helpful. The hotel's restaurant, Brasserie One, has reached another level in culinary finesse and has a very well priced wine list to complement the wonderful food.

Pros: When you arrive at the hotel you are asked if you would like tea or coffee and not your credit card ! They make you feel you are the only guest you get such attention. It's a gem of a find. It's so laid back and relaxing that you feel you have been away on a longer break. The bedroom was small but very comfortable.Had quite a good size bathroom with lovely touches to it including the products they use. The bed has to be the best I have ever slept in. The decor in the hotel has a touch of class about it. The food was excellent..Has an excellent spa. A classy hotel.

Pros: Bartenders were amazing! Front staff was great too, but we were disappointed that they didnt at least offer us a free dessert/breakfast/something when the air in our second room broke during one of the hotter days that they have had. Made sleeping pretty difficult. They did bring us a fan, but that just circulated warm stuffy air.

Pros: Although the Key cutting system was down when we arrived, the staff were excellent in their handling of the situation. We were the only ones in the leisure area, the jacuzzi was not working and the steam room and sauna shut down while we were there but it was no big deal. The Restaurant attached to the hotel was excellent and good value for money with full Dinner and a bottle of wine for €65.00 for 2. Other 5 stars should take note.

Pros: The welcome was very warm, beautiful young woman on front desk. The hotel decor surprises, very Italianate, more Venice than Limerick, a lot of red and black in halls, my room was done in tasteful blues and creams. The front of the hotel gives no idea and the reception area is very modest, so as you go upstairs to the rooms the effect is striking. A painting series on the landings of a couple embracing creates a romantic effect I liked very much and immediately wished I had a partner with me! Some rooms looked spectacular, large inviting beds and spacious seating areas, all with the same sensuous Italianate decor. All looked comfortable. The breakfast area overlooks the street so you can watch Limerick waking up. The Full Irish was huge!

Breakfast wasn't included in rate but we had a lovely selection of pastries, croissants, scones, fruit, cereals, juices and a full hot Irish breakfast for a little extra.
