Convience, Price, friendly staff, Great Value
Bella)))) breakfast. George Clooney on reception))
Problems with public parking.
very good and rich breakfast, friendly hotel stuff, clean rooms, nice neighbourhood
Rooms were modern and clean; desk staff were helpful; free internet available if you use the one workstation in the dining room.
Hotel is a little distant to the very center of Madrid -- about a 45 minute walk, or a 3 block walk to the closest two Metro stations and then 3 or 4 stops (15 mins). It's in a mostly residential neighborhood, so not much to choose from for dining or entertainment. The location is the only reason I'm checking the no box on recommending the hotel.
Nothing in particular.
Facilities too old and the room too tight.
room decoration, bath products.
Nice modern room, compact but well furnished and clean.
Very limited selection of food available in the bar. Was arriving back at the hotel at 21:00 after a hard day's work to find only three or four things available on the menu. What was available was well prepared and tasty.
yes the way we were received at night on the arrival; aircondition not working ,this is unnacceptable.
