Longest line imaginable. Nothing moving. Would have taken over an hour to pick up the car based on the number of people waiting and the time per customer. I just left and didn’t come back.

I had a terrible experience with Dollar. Complete bait and switch. I showed up to pick up my rental. I was told they didn't have any cars and I can wait three hours or pay three times as much for an upgrade! When I tried to argue, he said he would just give the car to someone else

they did not have any cars at all despite the reservation ….that is not acceptable - many people were left without cars for their trips i will never use village again i had to take my business off kayak and go to enterprise directly but had to pay $100 for an Uber to get my dog to the airport to get the car
