Pros (+) It was quite and peaceful. We had to stay because our home was hit by a tornado, we lost everything and we appreciated that it was so peaceful.
Cons (-) The front office gentleman was rude. Training in empathy and personal skills would be recommended to not make your customers feel bad about checking into a hotel room. Especially after they have just gone through a very damaging natural disaster.
