Cons: Taxi arranged through hotel was much more expensive, which is obvious in retrospect but I should have asked price before asking them to call us one. Otherwise, perfect.

Cons: Room was small and location was sometimes a challenge for traffic.

Cons: Minor quibble - they need to add one English speaking TV channel such as BBCWorld

Cons: AC don't work even after the tech adjusted it. This is my 2nd stay in a week where this has happened

Cons: The check in computer system was always not working properly and even with the clercs were working hard there always was a long row of people waiting to be checked in. You would be lucky if you could check-in in less than 40 minutes. But there were a number of people claiming Someone else was already staying in the room you finally got. There was a day when more than ten people were overbooked and claiming for hours. The electric key was broken, sometimes it worked, but gets broken again, and usually you have to wait about 7-8 minutes for someone to come and open your room.

Cons: No fridge or ice machines (to be fair, the hotel staff will bring you ice if you call). Hard to get to by car due to street closings.

Cons: This property is badly in need of an update. The plumbing is messed up -- our bathtub (but not sink or shower) ran brown water, I guess from the rust. The mattresses were quite old. TV was not flatscreen.

Cons: Internet is not working great. Being on a business trip I need it to work all the time. From time to time the connection is interrupted followed by the periods where I could not connect at all. While the staff acknowledged the problem it should not happen that often in the first place (and it happened both times when I stayed in the hotel. The 2nd time was working much better than the first time)

Cons: The service from check-in was horrible. The staff were pretentious and not helpful. They were not friendly and had an attitude of getting the job done at the very least effort. If asked to do something mundane, like giving you change for a bill, it was obvious they were irritated. We had issues with the ATM, which ended up eating up our ATM card and the staff said they were not responsible and didn’t offer any help; not even to call the bank in charge of the ATM. The elevators were really slow and the check in line was really long.

Cons: The staff adjusting A/C controls when cleaning.

Cons: I had an item missing from my room, and it was basically ignored.

Cons: Minor remodelling works going on

Cons: I could go on and on here.... WiFi practically non-existent!!! Water from faucet was brown Water was never left in my room - Front desk told me to call from my room with the request. Called at 10:30pm. Called again at 11:30 pm. Called again at midnight. Received one bottle of water at 12:30am!! No minibar, although some food for purchase showed up on my third day. No minifridge. Safe did not work. Note regarding to help yourself to one free coffee packet - but no packets were ever there. Very loud - people at night and construction during the day Very expensive for very mediocre room Front desk people were unknowledgeable about the hotel NO SPA or gym or anything - which is why I even stayed there. There was no information in room about anything the hotel offered. Super-slow elevators....that is a very LONG wait many times Very lame "lobby bar" Dark/dingy restaurant I would have left after the first night, but I had prepaid.

Cons: It is clean, well furnished, but feels a bit outdated.

Cons: The service is too bad and the people working in the hotel is very rude especially reception poor service and the parking is charged separately

Cons: i had a few frequent traveler nitpicks (strange light switches, missing menu, no laundry on sunday) but also some unexpected delights (hbo game of thrones finale, usb outlets, very nice walk-in shower, above-average gym).

Cons: The second day after our arrival we returned to our room and our room was not clean.

Cons: Reception the woman she was mind and she try to me pay make me pay 2 times for the room, when the room was all ready pay! So bad experience .

Cons: Beds not that comfortable - constructions next door made it hard to sleep in and atafc checked in on room too many times a day

Cons: Wifi did not work until around midnight of the night that I was there. Hot water in the shower didn't work either.

Cons: Very noisy ventilation system. The fan in the ventilation system made an incredible racket. Staff said it could not be fixed though they tried. Lights in the bathroom were delayed fluorescent bulbs which made being in the bathroom a dark experience.

Cons: Member staff denied my jacket that I left on the counter. I guess he is not making enough money to buy his own stuff

Cons: They were busy with renovation but no apologies was forthcoming f om the staff at check in. Breakfast looked unappetizing and the staff in the restaurant spoke very little or no English

Cons: The only thing I didn’t like was that the coffee cups that they have in the hall for the morning “to go coffee” they don’t have a sleeve so the cup fell super hot and they didn’t have Splenda only stevia nor little stir sticks or a lid.

Cons: Seemed to have poor customer services skills at the restaurant area.

Cons: RESERVATION WAS CONFIRMED ON THE WEB I GOT TO THE HOTEL AND RESERVATION WAS NOT THERE HAD TO PAY WALK IN PRICE

Cons: Room was slanted - the whole room and floor we were on for that matter was slanted - gave us vertigo!
