Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, proximity to the beach, and enjoyable pool area. However, many express dissatisfaction with the service, describing staff as unfriendly, inattentive, or unprofessional. Cleanliness is also a recurring concern, with several reviews mentioning dirty rooms and common areas. While some guests appreciate the comfort and amenities, others feel the hotel does not offer good value for the price, citing high fees and outdated facilities. Pros (+) Plenty of towels access to pool/beach
Cons (-) The front desk people one person could barely understand what he was saying. I wanted to put the room on my credit card but I did not have the card physically on me. They refused to do it manually.
