I wad left waiting for a half hour to be let in to my room while others who checked in after me were taken first. Pros (+) Plenty of towels access to pool/beach
Cons (-) The front desk people one person could barely understand what he was saying. I wanted to put the room on my credit card but I did not have the card physically on me. They refused to do it manually.
