Cons (-) Woman who checked me insisted I didn't have a reservation and I had to pay $700+. I showed her print out of my confirmation and she insisted it wasn't real. I called my wife and the woman said she would check! Then said "here it is! ". Seems she was trying to double charge me.

Pros (+) Clean and well located in Coral Gables. A good value for the area, but not an impressive facility by any stretch.
Cons (-) You could hear a lot of sounds in the hallway and above and below the room. Fortunately I was exhausted and slept right thru it and had to wake up at 6 am so it was a non issue. Also the internet speed was 1 mb, which is slow, and they offered several packages with faster speeds. Parking is $15 per night.
