Breakfast room is very small for the size of hotel.
Very polite & willing to help personel
if they charge the night that I did not stay. ie I book 3 nights and I need to leave early so that I stayed 2 nights instead but IF they charged me 3 night coz I booked 3. Initially that's what one of the front office staff told me. But when I checked out they did not which is much more fair. Otherwise, I won't go back for sure and must warn all other travelers.
The location is very good and the breakfast was wonderful. Staff were quite helpful.
The room was very hot and the air-cond didnt work.
Good location for all types of transport to airport and city
Great rooms, good breakfast, close to central train station and bus shuttle. Excellent all around.
The staff, the comfort and the location. The double room is clean, spacious, the bed's are comfortable and the peaceful vibe!
nice location near central station, nice room
This is a gem of a hotel. The location across the street from the main train station in Milan (and across from where the Malpensa Express buses drop off arriving international travellers) is very helpful. The staff was efficient, friendly, and informative. The hotel is superbly furnished and is extremely quiet with an understated luxury that is very appealing. The bed was ultra comfortable, with luxurious linens, the towls in the bathroom were also plush and luxurious in their feel. A full range of amenities of every sort desirable is available. I have stayed in numerous 5 star hotels across the world, and I must say that this hotel compares quite nicely with them as long as you don't miss being oceanfront or having a pool.
Very nice furnished rooms
The location was not quiet
