Pros (+) The rooms were clean, breakfast was better than I expected, the staff is very friendly and informative, as others have noted. The location was great for me – within walking distance of just about anywhere I wanted to go in the town of Moab. The grassy, shady sitting area outside is an added touch.
Cons (-) I would have liked an extra privacy curtain on the window. I like to have my windows open at night when the nights are cool, but if I kept the curtains open too, anyone could see in, since all the rooms are right at ground level. I also would have liked to see a recycling wastebasket in each room, but at least there were recycling receptacles at the other side of that grassy area. Not much attenti...

Pros (+) The rooms were very clean. The bathroom was clean with relatively new appliances. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It's family run and the innkeepers had great advice about where to eat and what to do while we were visiting. The breakfast was filling and the coffee was delicious!
