The property is older but well maintained. The heating/air conditioning system is so old that there is no automatic temperature regulation. It has to be manually switched from heat to cool for the entire facility. During a warm spell, the air conditioning was not working. Had to open a small window for air. Pros (+) Beautiful hotel, attentive and pleasant staff, large rooms (mostly nice views), nice heated outdoor pool and fitness room. Centrally located - Peel Metro Station is only one block away. Lovely lounge. Reasonable valet parking rate. Excellent breakfast offering in hotel cafe. Our first choice for accommodations when visiting Montreal. Great for business trips, but also family-friendly!

Pros (+) Loved our king room! Nice views of the area and very comfortable and luxurious-feeling room! This hotel is quite a walk from old montreal, but it was very close to lots of good bars and restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Pros (+) We only stayed one night, but I was happy with our choice. The hotel is clean, rooms are spacious and have plenty of natural light, the staff is friendly and welcoming, the pool is shallow but big enough to do laps. It's across from McGill University, and a good 30-45mins walking distance to the Notre-Dame Basilica.
Cons (-) Parking was $35/night.
