Pros (+) the bed was fine
Cons (-) bigger coffee cups the ones in the room were bigger and a hot breakfast ,also some fruit and bagels with cream cheese

Pros (+) It is in a good location with restaurants nearby.
Cons (-) The bed was uncomfortable. The staff needs some improvement. The night shift lady spent the majority of her time outside smoking. One night I came into the lobby at 9 pm and she was sitting on the couch eating waffles. I booked a non smoking room, but there must have been a smoking room near mine as I could smell it sometimes.

Pros (+) We liked the location and the nearby restaurants and shopping. We liked the breakfast included, though it provided no protein.
Cons (-) Room smelled terrible, like stale smoke, even though I had to sign an agreement that smoking in the room would cost me a $250 cleaning charge. Evidently, they don't actually clean the smoked-in rooms. Cigarette burn holes in bed covers on one bed, torn bed covers on the other. Not enough towels or pillows.
