Bed was not great@
Wifi is not included
Everything I usually go every year.
The hotel , service and beach area.
The beach access is the only thing I truly enjoyed.
The first day we ate at the beach restaurant and the food was terrible, no taste, truly poor presentation and portions. Employees seemed tired of working there , nothin really worked so we chose to Eat out every time. Valet parking is $33 a day and horrible service, messed up our car and acted as if it hadn’t happened! Mattress was not comfortable , maid service not as I expected from the Ritz and pool/beach staff seemed too many for too little . Not a kids friendly hotel either .
Bed was very comfortable Loved lush Landscaping & unique water fountains Convenient restaurants throughout resort though they were quite pricey Cold water available by beach and pool
Tea bags in room were tasteless (cheap)& room did not have an electric teapot Nespresso machine not good for making tea & was shaking so badly, cup fell off Low quality Q tips & facial wipes in bathroom Beach was very crowded Resort fee & daily parking fee made us feel nickel & dimed given the $749 per night room rate A high end resort should include those Additionally, Car was parked in an outdoor lot & came back covered in bird poop. Last but not least, handicapped bathroom at bottom of staircase on the way to pool had a soap dispenser that no person in a wheelchair could reach ( 2 feet higher than sink). Odd. See photo below
