Memory foam mattress was super comfy and I love the rain-shower head. Also love the modern look and fixtures, etc.
Staff were super friendly and helpful
The heater/air conditioner ran all night, very noisy
Very comfortable beds. Staff extremely helpful giving directions and recommendations. We loved being able to do our laundry as we have been traveling for a few weeks.
The washer/dryers operated via pay by card but we had to scrounge quarters for the laundry supplies. Make those pay by Card too please.
It is OK for someone on a very tight budget
The Location is excellent
The rooms need an overhaul, dingy carpet, strange smells and really strange fabric that the sheets are made out of. But, in a city where rooms are 250 plus with 40 for parking, this is not a bad choice.
friendly and helpful staff
they let me use a spare cell phone charger. very helpful!
location was good (about 1 mile to the main strip, good restaurants within 10 min walk). Staff was very nice and helpful. Good value for they money-not overly fancy but does the trick.
Slept like a baby on the memory foam mattress.
Memory foam mattress was fantastic. Best mattress I've ever slept on in a hotel. Free breakfast and free parking also a plus for the area.
Expensive - but probably the best deal around Downtown Nashville.
Front desk people were very helpful Close enough to walk to activities
TV remote didn't work all the time Door key didn't work all the time
High on location, Low on facilities
No bar or restaurant, gym or any other facilities I expect at this price. The breakfast was revolting. Those on a junk food diet probably saw nothing wrong with it. To me, this kind of breakfast "fare" is nothing other than a cynical ploy to be able to say "free breakfast" on the marketing material. You couldn't pay me to eat that crap.
It was clean and close to downtown
The Location was perfect, and the place is nice.
There is a bit of an issue with the pluming on the shower.
Good location, ample free parking, large room, clean, minifrig and microwave worked, breakfast was standard Best Western fare, offering fun people watching as the obese line up for seconds at the waffle machine. Ice available on lobby floor. coffee/tea available in lobby most of the day.
would have liked breakfast available later than 10;00am. Room coffeemaker is new cheapo/downscale single-cup model that tastes like warm tap water. Otherwise a very good stay.
the boy behind the desk was wonderful an asset to your company helpfull friendly and funny
enjoyed my stay would have liked a resturaunt to have a meal
Washing machine facility was very useful for us as we are on a three week trip
The breakfast was nice, beyond the usual pastry/fruit/coffee buffet.
The room was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The smell of smoke was apparent at once. To be fair, I didn't ask for a room change.
breakfast was good quality and variety
The hotel was apparently pet friendly and dogs in the room next door were barking throughout the night. Also, the room on the other side of us was noisy in a different way. So overall, I would say the walls are far too thin.
I enjoyed it very much.
Quiet clean room, breakfast choices were good, walking distance to restaurants.
The bar was rather poorly run...no scotch, no Gray Goose vodka, no olives for martini's, and bartender didn't much care. No restaurant but one was advertised.
