Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location near Gare du Nord and metro stations, making it convenient for travel. Many found the staff friendly and helpful, and several reviews mention comfortable beds and effective air conditioning. However, there are frequent complaints about the lack of daily housekeeping, small room sizes, and some issues with breakfast variety and quality. Cleanliness and service receive mixed feedback, with some guests satisfied and others disappointed by inconsistent standards. Overall, the hotel is considered functional and well-placed, but service and amenities do not always meet four-star expectations.
