Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location near the port, shops, and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area on foot. The service, especially from the host Lucy, was highlighted as exceptionally friendly, helpful, and attentive, with many guests appreciating her local tips and willingness to go above and beyond. Cleanliness was another strong point, with rooms described as spotless and well-maintained. Several reviews also mentioned spacious rooms and good value for money. Some minor negatives included small bathrooms, limited parking, and occasional noise, but overall, the positive aspects far outweighed any drawbacks.
