Pros: The level of cleanliness was just incredible, the room smelled of freshness even at the end of our stay! The room was fully equipped with everything, starting from the pans and pots, ending on a little sewing kit. There is a little playground and some swings outside the property, which is also surronded by flowers. There are bikes available for free. The owners are wonderful, kind and warm people. We have also been given an opportunity to visit their own farm, which was a marvelous experience.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything! Location, cleanliness, welcoming accomodation by Giusy, Pier and Giulia as the place was veritably family owned and perfect solution for singles like me and families with children and pets.
Cons: Nothing

5.4 Okay
Pros: View from the room was great, pool is great but too dirty especially second half of the day. Location to the city center is close, but beware that there is around 60 meters elevation you need to do by stairs every time you need reach the apartments. In room safe is useful.
Cons: - Apartments are outdated, requires renovation, even cosmetic renovation was not done probably for 5+ years, can feel especially in the bathroom. Shower is too small even for smaller people, covered by cheap curtain which is breaking every time you try to move. Apartments are also pretty small. - One day Lifeguard in the pool for some reason removed towels from the reserved place in the pool and gave to some other people, while we were playing table tennis (which he gave to us, so definitely noticed that places were taken by us). - Staff English is very weak, only ladies on the reception were communicating good, but unfortunately they have been there only couple of times, the rest of staff difficult to talk in English. - Notice that for the Beach facilities they give only 2 places per apartment (that is considering the fact that we had 5 people in our apartments). Disappointing was that we have asked for the sea beach access for the 5 people, person on the reception said that there is no problem and will order for us on Friday. When we received ticket in the morning and arrived to the beach, it appeared that there is ticket only for 2 persons instead of 5, besides that beach was full and it was not possible to book any additional seats also for money. :( - Air conditioning you have to switch on manually couple a times during the night, as it switches off for some reason, so you need to wake up and switch it on again. - Most disappointing case: we have been charged for the garage 35 EUR , although during check-in we have been given garage (although have not asked for the garage but just to reserve parking slot) no one has warned us that parking is not free, more than that in all the advertisements and hotel policies mentioned that parking is free of charge. We have not been warned during check in on this fact. Besides, elevator in the parking is not working properly, so we were forced to go by stairs with all our suitcases several times during the stay.
7.9 Good
Pros: Great property for a one or two night stay along the coast or enroute to France with fantastic views, just wish the pool was open in April
Cons: Nothing
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Bike room and place for servicing and cleaning bikes. Nice sea view.
Cons: Noise from the room above us.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Just perfect :-)
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice location and view. First our apartment was pretty bad with a limited view but after complaining we were allowed to move to a better apartment. Short but steep walk between hotel and town. No problem also with child carriage. Nice small playground. As part of the stay there are also 2 beach beds at a nice place.
Cons: Balcony was pretty dusty and fridge needed an extra cleening. Strict rules in pool area: No playing with balls or use of inflatables allowed which were annoying for us.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Appartment is quite convenient for family even with big children, and well equipped. The view over Ligurian sea and old town is unforgetable. Umbrella with 2 chairs on tthe private sea beach are included to stay price . The sea beach is wonderful and water pool is quite nice with free to use chairs and umbreallas. The staff is very kind and helpful. Old town is quite near that allows you feel great Italian summer atmosphere just 5 minutes nearby hotel.
Cons: Parking nearby is a bit of luck but it seems to be due to top season. At least we found a place.
7.0 Good
Pros: The location of the residence was really nice and also peacefull. Pietra Ligure was a very charming small village with a lot of good restaurants. Also, it was nice that the stay included entrance to the private beach with sunbeds. Although the swimming pool area was already a bit worn-out, the water in the swimming pool was very clean and the total length of the pool was 24,5 meters, so you can really have a swim session there.
Cons: The apartment we got was in the very last corner of the residence and it could have been cleaned a bit better. It would be also nicer to have the balcony with the sea view on the kitchen/living room and not on the bedroom side. The bed was a bit too hard and it could be ok with an extra mattress bad. But the pillows were even worse, please offer at least softer pillows. One evening when we came back to the residence the parking places were full.

Pros: This property is located in a beautiful neighborhood, on the side of a hill, with a beautiful view. Mariangela and her husband are wonderful people (Claudia too) and they go out of their way to make your stay a very pleasant one. if you don’t feel like going down to the beach just hang out at one of the two very well kept pools. We had a great time and we hope to come back some day!
Cons: Nothing not to like about this place
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room with Seaview is fantastic and very clean. Mariangela and husband are very friendly. Good service and the breakfast is nice. A place to come more often!!
Cons: Everything was fine
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Relaxing and quiet area. Staff members are all very kind. Private parking available for all guests. Pet-friendly environment. Two swimming pools (one for children/teens/parents and ball games). There is a small playground for the little kids and a little corner for dogs (if you have a big dog you can walk outside). Breakfast available (9€ each). If you have bikes you can leave them on the ground floor (unless you want to keep them on the terrasse or inside the flat). Our apartment was clean and comfortable and it had all the kitchen tools (microwave too). Reception is open in the morning until 12pm and from 4pm to 7pm/8pm (usually). It is not far from the highway (if you want to explore the surroundings) but far enough to avoid its noise. To go to the beach or to the town center you need to walk 10 min. Definitely recommended.
Cons: —-
7.5 Good
Pros: Very clean, nice pools, nice balcony
Cons: Parkingspot was arranged, but still difficult. Parking in the village Pietra Ligure also difficult, long and intens walk for little children.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very nice apartment and friendy staff. Room with two nice balcony and lovely view. Mariangela is very helpfull and wellcoming
Cons: Place situated little far from the village, without car little complicated to reach. But there was the same taxi everyday who took us back to the hill. Only that he changed his price everyday, but that’s Italian style I know cos been living there... The room nice all the way exept the bed not very comfy.
7.5 Good
Pros: The sea view room and balcony
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very helpful and thoughtful people and it was very clean! The environment was also beautiful with the oleander flowers :)
7.1 Good
Pros: nice locality
Cons: no breakfast, kitchen is poorly equipped
9.2 Excellent
Pros: We stayed in an apartment with a lovely terrace which was great for eating breakfast in the morning. The two pools was great to be able to use and it was fairly easy to walk down to town. Maybe a bit far during the day but we had a car and could go shopping using that.
Cons: Maybe the price was a bit high for what it is but at the same time you get two nice pools and a lovely view.

Pros: Lovely family-run hotel with many returning guests. Was contacted by the proprietor after booking to let us know that we would actually save money if we booked one more night (weekly rate). We had not checked this so very appreciated! Also, on arrival we got a larger apartment than we had booked at no extra cost. Hotel very well-kept, super-friendly staff and the children loved the pool! Great location for excursions in the area. We’d love to come back!

8.8 Excellent
Pros: perfect location, nice staff, comfortable beds
7.1 Good
Cons: The aircon made so much rattling noise that we had it switch off and sleep in full summer heat .
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very helpful staff around the clock (we were traveling with a little baby - getting warm water for the milk or warm up the baby food was no problem at all at every time). Thanks a lot to the Continental staff!

3.8 Mediocre
Cons: Too much noice a.o. with barking dog near our room .Very small room and airco not always working .Hotel on hill about 20 min walking to city centre .
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This a wonderful small to medium hotel. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Rooms air conditioned, towels changed daily, rooms cleaned daily. Very relaxed environment. It's a family hotel but although we were two adults only it was still great as it was mostly well behaved quiet Italian families. Staff excellent and friendly at all times. The whole feel of the hotel felt on a personal level. Location is fab. Lots of fab places all along the coast. Would recommend Cervo, Langiueglia and Noli. We drove to Turin for the day - 2hrs and over to France/Monte Carlo - 1hr 15 mins. Pietre Liguire has a train station to take you pretty much anywhere - good prices too but think book in advance. Food was lovely and plentiful. Buffet salad every meal then different choice of menu each night, all served by happy staff with plenty of seconds if wanted. Breakfast plentiful and good choice. With the exception of sightseeing in Rome it was my 1st holiday to Italy and have already booked for next year. Italy is stunning, very clean ( restaurant & public toilets etc) great food, great people. Cant recommend this hotel and Italy enough.
Cons: I cannot fault anything. It was my perfect holiday.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The experience of being in hotel was very calm and comfortable. The stuff was very helpful and caring, they helped us to solve all the little problems we had. The breakfast was always very homely, there were a wide choice of bakery products, meet and cheese. We were satisfied with the location, although it took approximately 7-10 minutes to get to the seashore, but the road is picturesque, it comes through lovely italian sections. Hotel Casella is a place were mostly italian and german families stand, in my opinion, they also seemed very joyful (as we were). We liked the view from the balcony very much (photo attached).
Cons: The breakfast was practically the same every day, but if you're going to stay a week or less it would be Ok, because of the wide choice.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The personell is nice.
Cons: The room eas very clean.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clearly an establishment catering for families on holiday. As such I was a bit of an odd one out, but was not made to feel like that. Friendly, good service, good facilities. Would go back there, even when on business.
Cons: “Not like” is too strong a description of it, but I was puzzled by the pre-arranged seating in the dining/breakfast room. As a business traveller passing through what is a hotel catering for holiday makers I must have upset the routine a bit, as I am used to simply choosing a table I like the look of!

3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Close to the beach
Cons: Intransparent prices. Examples: booked 2 sun beds over the phone as recommended by the property. Over the phone I was told it was 60 euro per week, when I had to pay they asked for 140 Euro! Asked for a baby bed and found a 15 euro charge in the final bill. Apartments are very small most of them without a/c. get heated very quickly in summer so sleeping becomes a torture. Renovation works have not been accurate e.g. disjoint drainpipe (see pic). Automatic door lock very noisy. I decided to pay for the whole week but leave after 2 days and I don’t regret it!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: cordiality of the staff; distance to the beach, city centre, grocery shops; swimming pool and beach facility
Cons: the lift was slow sometimes (needed as using a stroller)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great lovely staff, everything works flawlessly. Clean and very well equipped apartment. We enjoyed an excellent stay. Thanks a lot for all.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice and spacious apartment with private swimming pool and beach.
Cons: Beach and swimmingpool close at 7pm!!!! You cant use beds on the beach but only beach chairs...

Pros: Very helpful staff around the clock (we were traveling with a little baby - getting warm water for the milk or warm up the baby food was no problem at all at every time). Thanks a lot to the Continental staff!
