While the hotel needed rennovations, the staff was exceptionally friendly and very helpful.
The fact it didn't have an elevator. The ice machine was broken. The pillows sucked
On arrival to my room it had not been cleaned. The lady at the front counter handled it well and I was satisfied. I stopped by for a muffin and coffee in route to my room and was told I was not allowed the breakfast with food. I had to eat it there. That's was a first for me. Not happy as I was tired from working the night before.
Good location, neat place, comfortable
Food was bad, possibly stale, nothing solid to eat for breakfast like eggs/sausages etc. Gave me diarrhea what ever I ate there. Pool and the water was not looking good looked like lake water, unable to see the bottom; Did not even try it; Unfinished gravel/mud lying around one spot around the pool not touched for 2 days; Charged me 15 $ per pet per day when they didn't even have to service my room for the 2 nights I stayed there
Checked in only to come back to my room later that night and had somebody else in it. No other rooms were available so slept in vehicle out in the parking lot overnight. Did not wish to stay my other 3 nights I had booked. Never received an explanation as to what happened or apology. Called next day to speak to the manager and was informed the manager will call me back but never happened. Poor excuse for an establishment.
