10.0 Excellent
Pros: Such an interesting little motel with so many little touches that there is always something new to see. Each room is different with spacious sleeping area and little touches to make the stay special. The bathrooms are a bit small but Room 9 was fine. Really loved the little car ports where we could park the car overnight next to our room. Such a standout motel from all others. This has now shot into top 5 hotels I have ever stayed in.

7.0 Good
Pros: Mostly the location, and it was supposedly haunted.
Cons: They had already turned off the A/C for the season, and it was very stuffy in the room. Had to leave the window open all night. Got a bit cold in the morning.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: On Memorial Day weekend we waited until Thursday to book a room in Prescott. It was our 39th wedding anniversary and my wife did not let me that she really wanted to get away until Thursday. I personally like to avoid travel on holidays
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The room was nice, the bed comfortable. Good size bathroom. Very charming porch, nice to sit in rocking chairs and enjoy a drink. Love the location, a few minutes from downtown, close to restaurants and shops.
Cons: Wish the breakfast had more options, like yogurt and granola or more fresh fruit.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: We liked the location to whiskey Row
Cons: You know it was a historical building there’s a difference between historical and just plain run down. The reviews said nothing about a funeral home next-door. We did not find a room to be very clean and it was lacking amenities. The bathroom had a mildewy smell in the shower curtains had mold on the bottom
9.2 Excellent
Pros: We liked the hotel so much that we extended twice. Instead of one night we ended up staying three. The hotel was so sweet; historic but renovated, large clean bathroom, lovely little lobby with coffee/bar, front porch to hang out & read on and super nice staff! As an aside; the restaurant next door The Barley Hound, was great.
Cons: The bed was a little squishy but that was a minor thing. Overall it was delightful!
6.0 Good
Pros: Proximity to downtown
Cons: Toilet didn't flush correctly. Sink and bathtub never stopped dripping.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was clean and the staff was super nice! It was walking distance to Whiskey Row and all sorts of little restaurants and shops! There was a restaurant on one side and a coffee shop on the other. It was perfect!!
Cons: They have refrigerators in a little room where you can keep leftovers. We marked our leftover box as requested and the next day we went to retrieve our leftovers and it was gone. We were a little bummed by that. We were excited to eat the leftovers the next day.
6.0 Good
Pros: The bed was very comfortable! It was cool to stay in the "haunted" room.
Cons: The description clearly states that complimentary continental breakfast was served every day. When we checked in though they told us they don't serve breakfast at all. Also the barn door to the bathroom is a terrible idea. It has huge gaps on either si
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The history and uniqueness of the property. And Katelyn’s customer skills were the best I’ve ever experienced. She is very personable and was knowledgeable about the area and the hotel’s history.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff is great! Wonderful value. Perfect location!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel has a very homey feel and is located within walking distance to the historic downtown district. It was very cozy and an overall wonderful place to stay.
Cons: Internet signal was not great; the connection was very spotty. Garbage truck came to empty the dumpsters at 6:30 in the morning and woke us up due to the loud noise.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Walking distance to everything down town. Hotel is historic and has a lot of charm. The staff is excellent!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Historic. Friendly. Unique.
Cons: You do have to climb stairs to get to your room, but it's not bad.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: THe hotel is not a big chain experience at all, the area is great for walking around, eating, going to shops and bars. THe big claw bathub is also neat.
Cons: Room is a little small, Price is high for area and only way in and out is steep stairs and the parking is across the alley. Otherwise i would give this place a perfect score.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The ambiance! All the work that went into the presentation of the room. The functionality of the room, worked. Staff was great.
Cons: Nothing not to like here
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is perfect! Right in the middle of Whiskey Row. Plenty of food and drink options. Across the street from Courthouse Square. Great for walking around.
Cons: Nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The vintage style of the hotel and breakfast was great for continental!
Cons: No elevator, but after a few drinks who cares...lol
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I’ve stayed in lots of different properties on my worldly travels but this hotel goes into my top ten. Whilst not the usual run of the mill hotel with clinical rooms. This charming, historical hotel is great. The staff very very professional, welcoming and helpful. The rooms each individually named, we stayed in the Prospectors room have been decorated fabulously. They maybe a little compact for some travellers but we loved our air con and ceiling fan in the room. The bathroom though was super with a stand alone tub and brilliant complimentary water and toiletries. We ordered breakfast the night before and it was served on time in the room next morning, it was very good quality. There was cookies, coffee and iced water available on nearby landing The room also had several modern amenities iPod dock, cable tv and excellent WiFi. Location was on the historic Whiskey Row in easy walking distance of downtown Prescott’s restaurant and bars.
Cons: Having only spent one night there. It’s a great hotel. Parking could be an issue we were lucky to get street parking opposite. Also be wary all rooms are upstairs and just be aware no elevator in the hotel. We were aware of this so packed from main suitcase into secondary one for one night stay.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is perfect and the staff is great.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Super charming and walking distance to all the shops and downtown area. This is a cabin like boutique/theme hotel. The rooms are very small but well appointed and cozy. The mattress and linens were super comfortable. The proprietors are thoughtful
Cons: I would respectfully ask that they install some coat hooks due to the limited space.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Charming place. My son loved his separate bedroom area! The staff was great made sure our late night arrival went smooth!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and caring staff!
Cons: Exiting onto Sheldon Street can be difficult
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Service, location, the amenities, pets welcome, the small business touch.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was gorgeous. It looked like my Dad had done the woodwork and my Mother decorated it. It was clean and felt like home. In the morning you could light the various fire pits, read the paper and drink your coffee. The atmosphere was great.
Cons: Right on a busy street but never heard traffic inside my room. The bathroom was so small I had to straddle the toilet to blow dry my hair. It's kind of funny. Getting a bigger room next time. All in all I enjoyed my stay very much.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable with lots of little amenities that were thoughtful
Cons: Getting called multiple times about my reservation being messed up. First we got it for too cheap and then had to pay more, then we booked 3 rooms and they gave us 3 beds instead. Then Colleen was annoyed that I had dogs even though it clearly says dog friendly but apparently not. I was told “well I guess we will just have to make it work!”
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This place is so charming! Great location! Easy walk to downtown Prescott. Would stay here again
6.0 Good
Pros: Location was great for hanging around downtown. Staff was excellent !!! Rooms and facilities were very clean and looked great. Lobby had free snacks, peanuts and water/coffee.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Its location and its unique old western look and feel, also they don''t nickel and dime you treats and drinks 24/7 in lobby

1.0 Poor
Pros: location was nice. The restaurant was nice, food really good. The Staff at the hotel were very nice and happy to help.
Cons: The noise was terrible. I should have gone to another Hotel when they handed me earplugs during my check in. My room was small and run down. Next time I will just read about the history instead of living it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Located in downtown Prescott on Whiskey Row so it is within walking distance to a lot of great spots
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved that the hotel was historic and very convenient. It was clean and the staff was wonderful! Hotel employee helped me at the desk!
7.0 Good
Pros: Proximity to saloons, museums ,courthouse square ,etc. Good fresh breakfast
Cons: Rooms could be bigger Could Have individual heat controls in the rooms
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was great and history of the hotel was fun. Breakfast was good and bar/restaurant was nice.
Cons: Small bathroom area and no chain lock or peep hole in door to room.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is older and historical so we didn’t expect modern stuff. Location is nice cuz shops and restaurants are within walking distance. We like that there are shops downstairs and the free parking structure behind the hotel is convenient. Staff were friendly. Love that there is free breakfast that comes with each night of your stay and it’s a full American breakfast, not continental breakfast like most hotels offer. Room is clean and bed is comfortable.
Cons: Bathroom faucet and shower need upgrade. Wish there was a place to put toiletries by the sink. Took some time to get the right temp for the water to take a shower. Lobby needs updating too but then again it’s a historical place so I guess that’s part of the ambiance?
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I chose it for its towntown location AND it is reasonable.
Cons: Our bathroom was tiny and old fashioned, but who cares? If I want a spa experience I will go to one.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location/view to see the town square lights. Hotel staff have always been very friendly and accommodating.
Cons: The restaurant manager "Will" was not as friendly as the rest of the hotel/restaurant staff. He seemed put out that we were even there to eat. After sliding the menus across the table to us and mumbling something, we got up and left. While we really didn't want to walk elsewhere, we were definitely made to feel more welcomed at another establishment down the road a bit.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Character of the old building and the pleasantness of all the employees
Cons: Everything was perfect
7.0 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Place could use some new carpet
1.0 Poor
Pros: Bistro food was good. Great restaurants nearby and historic ambiance was wonderful.
Cons: No refrigerator, coffee pot, or thermostat in room. TINY bathroom with tiny shower that didn’t drain- GROSS! Entire hotel NOT handicap/disability friendly! Elevator requires use of both hands and good bit of strength, so you cannot use while holding bags. No fitted sheet on bed- YUCK! No parking, have to use public parking garage nearby. Breakfast redeemed only through limited certificates we had to pick up nightly, with any foods not on certificate being extra $. VERY RUDE STAFF at all hours. Many loud drunks during the night, so staff has earplugs upon request. Lobby restroom requires tokens! Areas of room appear to never get cleaned. Gross, unfriendly, and uncomfortable place to stay.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice experience, the location was great and hospitality was exceptional. I m sensitive to sound while trying to sleep...I had no problems in my room.
Cons: No in room coffee maker. Small bathroom with no counter top area around sink. Renovation would be welcome but it has a rustic feel that compensates for the lack of modern amenities.

Pros: The lobby was great. The location - close to a lot of restaurants and the nice park downtown - was terrific. I read that your hotel was haunted. At night, I believe a spirit pressed on my mattress two times.
Cons: The room was too small - it was like rooming in a closet. The bathroom was so small, I had to turn sideways to use the toilet.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very charming hotel in a great location. Front desk staff was very professional and friendly. Really feels like going back in time. So nice to stay in a place with some character and not another chain. Very clean and well kept with just enough patina to take you back.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: They just finished remodeling so the location and room were quite modern, full of useful amenities, and very clean
Cons: They weren’t quite finished yet so the pool and jacuzzi were unavailable and certain areas were inaccessible due to painting
5.0 Okay
Pros: It was very clean, the beds were soft and comfortable, the staff was very kind, and the complimentary breakfast was very tasty with a wide variety of options for everyone.
Cons: There was some mechanical issues that will keep us from returning, the biggest being that the AC in our room stopped working over night and I woke up at 2am because it was so hot. My whole family struggled to sleep because of it. The fan was blowing, but wasn't blowing cold air. By the time I was ready to go down to breakfast I was sweating. However, after we returned from breakfast the AC had kicked back on and the room was cooler and you could physically feel the unit blowing out cooler air. We did mention this issue as we checked out so they could look into it. Also, the pool water was very cold. My kids swam for a little bit, but it was way too cold for me.

Stayed at hundreds of Marriott branded properties around the world, this one was a real disappointment. Management needs to review their customer relations processes and remind the staff that customer satisfaction is their responsibility.

1.0 Poor
Pros: The only thing I liked was the location.
Cons: The room was not at all what was shown in the pictures. The pictures showed updated rooms for the room I selected. The bathtub was gross and the microwave was gross and had a random microwave plate that didn't fit.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: It was very quiet.
Cons: The view out the back was the roof top of a building, so no view. Our room was on the second floor, no elevator, my husband is handicap and stairs are very difficult for him.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a quaint hotel. My room was so cute and I was surprised at the amenities, there was a fridge and microwave. The bath towels were full sized wrap around towels which is unusual in hotels.

Pros: You get a cosy and clean room that has everything a traveler requires (good bed, bathroom, WiFi and so on). The staff was really nice and helpful. You walk maybe 15 to 20 minutes to get to the town center.
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: The attendant on duty took one look at me and gave a room to her right and told the gentlemen in front of me to go to the left. I later realized that the rooms to her right were older, smelly, un-vacuumed with ugly hair on the bed. Totally disguisting! This was not the room advertized on the internet. I went straight back to the office to complain. The apologizing attendant gave me a room to her left. This time, the room looked alot cleaner and smelled better. We rested ok, I guess Do not recommend anyone staying there. Was a little scary, being a bit away from the town setting.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The Sierra Inn is conveniently located just south of downtown Prescott, right on the highway. Even though on the highway, it is quiet. We had a huge corner room (18) with 2 queen beds. Check in was quick.
Cons: Cleanliness - One bedspread had a stain on it that appeared to have been pretty recent, like someone had vomited on it. The white grout on the bathroom floor isn't white any more. Toilet paper holder had been pulled off the wall and was missing.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was updated very well.
Cons: Noisy heater

Pros: Good for a one night stay if that for adults only, if you don't mind leaving with bug bites.
Cons: They charged me extra for my two small children. And the lady kept saying it is OK, it's your fault just fix it and it's OK. I also left with 3 bites on my body. We were staying there for two days until we were able to sign a lease for our house and we had a U-Haul trailer on the back of our truck and had nowhere to park. There are like 10 parking spots if that and none of them are big enough for a full size truck if that.

Pros: After our drive from Calif. the bed was perfect. The breakfast was as in the past times... perfect. Your staff was very nice, even at 11:45 at night. THANK YOU. This was our fifth visit to Prescott. This time we don’t have to leave as we bought a home here. Looks like we are staying. Thank you again.
Cons: Nothing.

Pros: We loved the view from #240, the location is awesome. Great selection of tv stations, especially the movie channels. The snow was dealt with in good time. Really clean, the special request we made for housekeeping was met.
Cons: The price seemed only slightly high. Really the only thing I can say negative in a 3-night stay. Really good.

5.8 Okay
Pros: This property is usually kept in great condition. However, I did not stay there during this booking as the staff at the hotel had marked me as a “no show” without notice.
Cons: The staff wasn’t very sympathetic of my situation and felt like she could have at least shown some sympathy.
