TV did not work and it wasn’t a new issue. It just wasn’t fixed and no attempt to find me a new room. Hotel is very old and not well maintained

sheets had stains when got into the room. Staff was nice enough to move but i dont know housekeeping could miss, they werent small. Hotel could use some painting as well, looked run down in spots.
No coffee in lobby in the mornings
Location and staff are great Breakfast wasn’t included in our booking find it a little pricey
Pros (+) I was the surprise guest of the day and received a king suite upgrade and a plentiful goodie bag.
Pros (+) Enjoyed the comfortable bed, pool with extended hours, gym with lots of equipment, television with over 60 channels, just a great all around experience.
Cons (-) Not close to restaurants or malls. No microwave or refrigerator in room. Ice machines on upper floors only.
Pros (+) I love the staff. The price was great. The room was clean and comfortable.
Cons (-) I disliked the extra cost for a microwave. One should be 0laced by the venting machine for free. The room service menu needs some revamping.
Pros (+) Staff was friendly. I noticed they fixed the beeping spray midst in public bathroom (it would beep and was like that for the last 3 + times I stayed there.
Cons (-) Guest room terry was mixed with different patterns and sizes on bath towels.
