Pros (+) The staff was friendly. The rooms are smaller which is fine.
Cons (-) Lack of coffee maker Small ironing board No closet
Pros (+) Everything about the Dean felt like it had been planned out very meticulously. The lighting, amazing linens, and custom soaps and shower gels were all perfect. We kept discovering great "little" gems throught our whole stay!
Pros (+) The hotel delivered as expected. Rooms were up to date.
Cons (-) The shower was a bit tricky to use. Cost of parking $26 was a bit high
Pros (+) On a college tour with my 17 year old daughter and she fell in love with Providence mainly because of the experience we had at and around the Dean. Great service; everyone was friendly and helpful. The rooms and public spaces were eclectic but comfortable. Highly recommend it.
Pros (+) Enjoyed the bars downstairs at the hotel.
Cons (-) The staff was pretty pretentious.
