Pros (+) The hotel was a close walk to the mall and the park as well as a nice stroll to other local restaurants. We got a nice view of the city and the halls were quiet for sleeping in.
Cons (-) It cost $26 a day to park in their parking lot. And my sister in law got a fold out couch for her to sleep on and the mattress had red-ish makeup all over it and it was very uncomfortable.

Pros (+) Friendly staff and great location. Near a train station that can get you to Boston. Parking garage had many open stalls making it convenient to park.
Cons (-) Price to leave car overnight felt high. The vanity was crowded for two guests.
