Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and attending events. Many found the staff to be friendly and helpful, especially housekeeping and front desk personnel. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with some guests noting well-kept rooms while others mentioned issues such as old furniture, odors, or maintenance problems. Service was generally positive, though a few guests experienced unhelpful reception or slow response to requests. Amenities like parking, restaurants, and the pool were appreciated, but some guests pointed out shortcomings such as poor wifi, lack of microwaves, or small room features. Overall, the location and staff stood out as highlights, while cleanliness and amenities had room for improvement.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) Loved the atmosphere, the staff was amazing. Great shows. I definitely plan on staying here again

Cons (-) HBO would have been nice. Other than that, I really can't complain. For other novice gamblers, I strongly suggest eating at one of the restaurants before visiting the casino.
