All of the staff were lovely, very happy to help and accommodating, we had no issues while staying but I feel positive that they would have helped had we needed it! Our room was large and very comfortable, the bathroom and kitchen were kept clean and tidy, you have everything needed, and the complementary smoothies and cake were a lovely touch, and great when heading out early on trips!
The internal doors can be quite loud so necessary to be quite careful if you are up early or late as to not disturb other people
The free tea and coffee and location
It was all pretty great, I just suffered the first night as I couldn’t sleep almost at all because of a random fire alarm ringing at 2 am. I couldn’t sleep afterwards all was sorted as I am very sensitive to sleep the first night in a place I don’t know, but the second and third night was fine. Little incidents can happen but I am pretty happy overall about the cleanliness, the kitchen provided, cake and fresh smoothies prepared everyday even though I didn’t choose to pay breakfast there.
Fire alarm system needs to be properly controlled and I would have preferred the heating was a bit stronger
The breakfast was great and in a very cozy little art gallery. Perfect start of the day and so close to the church.
Honestly we liked everything. We were constantly surprised over how cute it was. We got the privacy we wanted but also had very nice and open host. They were flexible and seemed to be able to sense what you preferred.
We really like our stay. Centrally located in the heart of the city centre close to the church. The kitchen is well equipped and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We also liked the coffee / tea facilities and the morning smoothie.
