Cons: Hotel is older, non skid surface peeling off of bath tub. Room had highway noise either from window or air conditioner.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The staff was friendly and professional. The bartender was accommodating for me to purchase a bottle of wine even when the bar was closed. The room was clean.
Cons: Freeway noise made it difficult to sleep. The bathroom door was very hard to open and close. It was disappointing to see the hotel pushing a religious agenda by providing a copy of the bible in the room.
4.0 Okay
Pros: The staff are friendly.
Cons: The hotel isn't easy to get to. Its located right off the highway and if you press the entrance you have to make a major loop to get back. The WiFi In to hotel is shorty and disconnects a lot. The rooms have a strange smell, like a mildew smell.

Cons: There was a sewer odor coming from the bathroom toilet.
7.0 Good
Pros: The hotel was peaceful and not a lot of loud noises from other guests. There is free parking and the locations is near lots of food and shopping.
Cons: The indoor pool was closed. It was too cold to use the outdoor pool.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Everything was ok except what was stated above. The food was good, Ms. Magie was tops, could'nt ask for a better desk ladie. The House keeping needs to speak more english, not spainish.
Cons: The lighting was'nt very good. The staff especially Ms. Magie was excelent. We had to get moved to three rooms. I had a hard time getting my wife out of the bath tub, being there was no grab bar on the side of the tub. My wife has had both knees replaced and both shoulders replaced. She served 3 years in the Army and drove a big truck for the Army. So therefore she needs help getting out. The grab bars and something to help. Please put at least two grab bars on the side of a tub for people like my wife. There other people such as my wife that need that extra to get out of the tub. Thank you!!!
7.0 Good
Pros: The staff is amazing and welcoming!!! On-site laundry is a plus. Bed was comfortable, allowing a good nights rests. There are plenty of food places and shops nearby. Free parking.
Cons: No

Pros: Right off interstate, not far from where we needed to be in the morning
Cons: Not within walking distance of any place to eat. The parking lines are cool but hard to see when in a vehicle

Pros: Nice quiet, clean hotel. A great stay until our last few hours, prior to check out.
Cons: Let me start by saying Extended Stay is my hotel of choice when traveling, you can pretty much rely on a clean facility, clean rooms and friendly, competent staff.... Arriving back the hotel an hour prior to our early morning check out at 4a.m we realize our room keys were no longer working. We could not access the hotel let alone our room, no biggie. Let's just go to the front desk have them reactivate.... The front door of the hotel is locked! No one is present at the front desk! No one is answering the phone! THERE'S NO STAFF IN SIGHT! We're calling every number we can find, even other cities. We remembered his sister is also staying in the hotel, she was able to let us in, after spending over 40 minutes at the hotel's main entrance and on the line. Once inside, my boyfriend is literally at the front desk and knocking on any door that states employee/staff. NOONE TO BE FOUND! After spending more time working the key cards we were able to get in. Needless to say we missed our flight home and was forced to fly home stand by due to no fault of our own. What if there was a true emergency (other than making your flight home)?

7.5 Good
Pros: They have lil bottles of tide for only 2$ that was pretty awesome. And the girls running the front were nice. And very uncomfortable when I wanted to change rooms bc the first room I was given was a smoking room and it looked like someone went crazy destroying everything in that room. Like shelves were ripped from the wall, the dresser was broken n missing a drawer, the room smelt horrible, SO many burn holes, stains on the walls, and carpet. I was terrified to even walk in to the bathroom to see what damage was in there. Or to even sit on the bed. Oh and the mini couch is broken and SO stained up. Didnt want to even sit down.
Cons: Some old dude was clearly messed up on something, tried taking my clothes out of the dryer be4 the dryer was even done. Really is my only complaint. Oh n dont ask for a smoking room. They r absolutely despicable.
