If I reserve a sub-compact or economy car, then that is what I want and expect --- and not to to be 'up-sized' to a bigger car - regardless of rate. Valuable vacation time was wasted on this issue. Honor the reservation !7.9 Good

The car was filthy. The seats has white stains in both front seats, the floor boards hadn't been vacuumed, the seat was difficult to adjust.Budget

Well, I like a clean vacuumed vehicle especially in the inside. My trunk was dirty, the back seats needed wiping down and someone should check that. Other than that, everything else was excellent. Thank you Shelly for your help with my needs.10.0 Wonderful
