Pros: Breakfast was good.
Cons: We were put in an old room with rust water coming from the fasset at first, however it was changed to new remodeled room upon request. New room was good, clean, nice view, but no safe box.

Cons: The building needs renovation , especially plumbing to remove bad odor and water leakage from the shower door. we would prefer softer mattresses also.

Pros: the saunas were the best on earth. The staff was great and breakfast very good. Not a five star hotel but a four except pool/saunas/Jacuzzis which were worth the trip and stay alone

Pros: The hotel was modern with an excellent breakfast, spa facilities and pool. The rooms were clean and confortable. The hotel is in the center of the attractions with a English speaking friendly staff. The resterant served excellent food.
Cons: This is Russia and you have the some of the old Soviet attitudes still lingering but it is moderated by the customer driven attitude Solo Sokos is known for and with time will improve.

Pros: Excellent facilities in a nice well located hotel with helpful staff.
Cons: More of a business hotel than for a short tourist trip. Hence storage facilities for clothes etc are not really sufficient.
