When we got back to the room, after dinner, there was a bottle of wine and 2 lovely glasses waiting for us (compliments of the hotel). A totally nice stay. We will recommend the hotel if asked. We have already told several people what a great stay we had. The security is very good.

Pros: Hotel Indigo provided a boutique style atmosphere with all of the amenities of a luxury hotel. While some things could still use some refining (bath linens of higher quality, more attention to detail in cleaning-particularly with dust on the hardwood floors) the overall hotel facilities and rooms were impeccable. We will certainly be staying here again...the location was perfect, we walked everywhere, enjoyed the people, and the Thai restaurant across the street from the hotel is amazing!

Pros: The staff was extremely helpful - I left the directions to a wedding I was attending in my room and they ran up to my room, found the directions and then read them to me over the phone.

Pros: The staff at this hotel were amazing! Everyone was so friendly. The Phi Terrace was a great feature at night. Watching the sun go down and the city light up was breathtaking next to the warmth of the firepits. If I have the opportunity to visit San Diego again, I will definately be staying here.

Pros: Nice lobby with friendly staff greeting us upon arrival. Lots of charm with short excerpts posted throughout highlighting the history of the building. Room was comfortable with all needed amenities for a place to stay. The purpose of our stay was the city. This room gave us a comfy pillow top mattress to rest and recharge each night with complimentary water keeping us hydrated. Workout facility was nice and hardly crowded during our stay. No complaints and would gladly stay here again.

Direct exits to 5th Ave, 6th Ave, and L St is a nice added convenience. Studio King room was great - clean, modern decor, comfortable bedding, great bathroom with rainfall and standard shower head, iPhone 5+ dock, good channel selection on TV. Lobby and surrounding have nice, clean, modern decor.

Pros: Had booked a skyline room and upon arrival front desk told us they had overbooked and put us in a huge skyline suite. Courteous staff, awesome room with a great view and walking distance to all the nightlife in gas lamp. Will be coming back soon

Pros: Overall I enjoyed my stay at the Sheraton. I stayed in the Bay Tower. The hotel was very quiet and relaxing. My room had a great view of the bay and the balcony was large. The hotel is located closer to the airport, so you don't get a lot of street noise or foot traffic (which adds to the quiet/relaxed vibe of the hotel). The room was large/spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. The room was very well decorated. The staff was very friendly and professional. Initially, I was placed in a room on the 2nd floor which is the lobby level, i.e. ground floor. When I got to the room, I didn't like the location, so I called guest services and requested a new room. They were more than accommodating, and moved me to a higher level.

Pros: The services were extremely friendly. When entering the room the beds and room was clean. Little spots of stain on the bed sheet but there was a cover that covered it. High dryer is updated and not the heap hotel wall dryers. Room was renovated and was extremely homey.

Pros: The room looked updated and clean. No issues with cleanliness whatsoever. The room had everything we needed. Parking is free!! Even though it gets packed with cars every night, I was still always able to find a couple available spots. They also have an underground parking section with plenty of spaces I case the lot above is full.

Not to mention best pool, Jacuzzi and spa we've ever found! If you haven't been there before, you simply MUST experience The Catamaran! Plus, centrally located to many San Diego hot spots!

Pros: Location is a 10! Great for a young family. Beach without waves on the bay just out your door and the glorious Pacific Ocean just across the street literally a 2 minute walk. Our family had a wonderful time there. My daughter won't stop talking like a parrot after being fascinated with the birds. Great restaurant also.

Pros: Great value for the money! Lots of local activities to do on the property, and wonderful accommodations throughout. It's a great place to try Stand Up Paddle Boarding for your first time! Rooms are spacious if you get the suite, and we really loved the grounds! It's a tropical paradise! Well maintained! The restaurants are pretty good, we would recommend the Sunday brunch at Oceana! Also, take advantage of the Bahia Belle cruise in the evening hours.

Pros: I enjoyed the overall hotel but did not like the way everyone was checked in. I called serveral times to see if I could do a early check in 30 mins before 4pm. I was told to call back in an hour to see the status of the room. Still wasn't ready. We arrived about 30 mins before check in time and was still told it wasn't ready. Left to go grab dinner and came back aroun 4:45pm to check in and had to wait in line for over 30 mins. The rooms were nice, but the beds were very squeaky. Very uncomfortable

I like the grab and go breakfast they have at the front counter every morning at the front counter. Also this hotel was a close drive distance from Mission Beach.

Pros: It is a great deal for the value you will pay. It is not in the best location, if you are looking to be waterfront. It is nice because there are plenty of grocery stores nearby and it is within 10 minutes of driving to basically all the main attractions of San Diego, which was very nice. I would say it is a 3.3 star hotel. Nothing special about it, but the bed was nice. I'd recommend it for families trying to travel on a tight budget.

Pros: My family came down to San Diego for vacation and when we arrived to your hotel and checked in, we were given the wrong room's, the next morning I informed the front desk, and they would get everything taken care of when I came back later that day. When I came back that night it still hadn't been taken care of and the front desk person upgraded our room to a King suite for free which I thought was pretty awesome. Thank you so much for fixing the mistake and going beyond what was needed.

They do a great job of making the "motel" look great online, however once we arrived we were a bit disappointed. The location is terrible in downtown San Diego, there were quite a few "transients" in the area, including a few that had rooms. I'm not one to knock a person based on there unfortunate status, but when I go on vacation I don't want to see security having to forceably remove a poor homeless guy from the property while he shouts obscenities at 10 in the morning, nor see the police driving through the parking lot each night. The 2nd night we wereally there we heard blood curdling screams from a woman shouting for help, which thankfullyrics were met by swift police presence, but terrified my 3 young children. Also, there's a sign at the front desk clearly stating that the "motel" bears the Wyndham name, they are simply owned by the group and not operated by Wyndham or subject to their standards. We returned to our room after days out to find soda cans and used rubber gloves left in our room by the cleaning staff and our room had stains on the floor and holes in the shower. The WiFi never worked well at all, we were able to get a better signal from the Wendy's next to the hotel. Overall I would give them a 2, barely, and that's solely based on the interactionsame I had with the front desk who were very nice.
