Pros: The decor was amazing throughout the hotel. The foyer/lobby was stunning along with the rooms. We stayed in the Harbor Tower on the 23rd floor. The view was spectacular. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The only problem we had was with our TV to where we couldn't order movies one night. The night manager gave us a $100 credit which was very satisfactory. I would definitely stay here again.

Pros: We immediately felt welcome as Rob at the front desk gave us information about the facility and its surroundings. He gave us a corner room near the top with spectacular views. We got two beds which is plenty of room for family of four. Inside the room there is is luxurious atmosphere with open space. There is also Keurig with Starbucks coffee. Overall clean and modern, with even electronic shades. I have stayed at plenty of upscale hotels and this is the best by far. The location is the best. I went jogging at the lovely Seaport Village right next to it. The Gaslamp Quarter is also near. Overall an excellent place and we would definitely come back!

Pros: The front desk staff was very professional and kind, his name is davis... I admired his way of handling my small prob with the online booking, it seems that his recodes show no reservation for me, looks like Booking.com did not update the server promptly, yet he was very polite and escorted me to the comfort sofa at lobby, made the necessary correspondences with booking.com, and solve everything in less than five minutes. Pros: The staff were really helpful, we had to call down to get a few items we have forgotten sent to us and they were really prompt in helping us. Everyone was extremely friendly and willing to help especially the concierge Lee Ann, she was very good and gave us extensive tips and advice about San Diego and places we can go including transport details. On the day of our depature, we had to get up early for our early flight, and a bill was put under the door for us. Saying that if it was correct (i.e. we didn't use the minibar so we didn't have to pay any extra) then we did not have to stop at the front desk to check out, which was rather efficient and saved us some time.

Pros: Overall I enjoyed my stay at the Sheraton. I stayed in the Bay Tower.
The hotel was very quiet and relaxing. My room had a great view of the bay and the balcony was large.
The hotel is located closer to the airport, so you don't get a lot of street noise or foot traffic (which adds to the quiet/relaxed vibe of the hotel). The room was large/spacious.
The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. The room was very well decorated.
The staff was very friendly and professional. Initially, I was placed in a room on the 2nd floor which is the lobby level, i.e. ground floor. When I got to the room, I didn't like the location, so I called guest services and requested a new room. They were more than accommodating, and moved me to a higher level.

Pros: The thing I liked best about the Best Western Seven Seas was the front desk people. They were nice, but when I asked for a room a little closer up (safer with 3 kids alone), she just said, "We have security." But I don't think I saw security around. I was kind of scared and even my daughters felt insecure too. The area is shady. Honestly, this hotel looks equal to all the other lowest-end hotels on hotel circle drive. They are all pretty shotty looking, and the Best Western just has prettier pictures, but don't let it fool you. Save money and go to a different hotel on the street, only if you don't mind a CHEAP hotel and a shady area throughout. Also, we saw 3 ants crawling on us while there for a night and the rooms are extremely SMALL, like the smallest standard room I think I have ever stayed in. It wasn't clean or nice at all and I kept my flip flops on while walking on the gooey-feeling carpet. Go a few miles up north and pick a little better area if you want nice because you won't get a nice hotel on Hotel Circle Drive (I looked around after checking out one day early).

Pros: Staff was friendly, the lady at the desk who I assume was the manager was wonderful. They do a great job of making the "motel" look great online, however once we arrived we were a bit disappointed. The location is terrible in downtown San Diego, there were quite a few "transients" in the area, including a few that had rooms. I'm not one to knock a person based on there unfortunate status, but when I go on vacation I don't want to see security having to forceably remove a poor homeless guy from the property while he shouts obscenities at 10 in the morning, nor see the police driving through the parking lot each night.
The 2nd night we wereally there we heard blood curdling screams from a woman shouting for help, which thankfullyrics were met by swift police presence, but terrified my 3 young children. Also, there's a sign at the front desk clearly stating that the "motel" bears the Wyndham name, they are simply owned by the group and not operated by Wyndham or subject to their standards. We returned to our room after days out to find soda cans and used rubber gloves left in our room by the cleaning staff and our room had stains on the floor and holes in the shower. The WiFi never worked well at all, we were able to get a better signal from the Wendy's next to the hotel.
Overall I would give them a 2, barely, and that's solely based on the interactionsame I had with the front desk who were very nice.
