Pros (+) Wildly comfy beds Nice and quirky interior design and architecture Sherry service is great touch

Pros (+) The hotel is half a block from Union Square, with lots of food and shopping near by. We were even able to walk to the MOMA and Yerba Buena Gardens. The room was small but had everything we needed. Beds were pretty comfy and everything was clean. Only complaint is that the walls are fairly thin, so you can hear hallway noise pretty clearly.
Pros (+) Concierge was nice and gracious, though I got moved to a crummy sister hotel and didn't realize I was accepting this change AT THE FULL PRICE I PAID.
Cons (-) Hotel lost my reservation and my options were cancel and get a refund, but then be forced to book a new stay during a busy weekend in SF, or get moved to a disgusting hovel nearby. When I asked for a discount, the hotel wouldn't relent because I "accepted" the move. The other hotel was disgusting. Kayak was ZERO help. Pros (+) Hotel staff was extremely helpful and nice and provided excellent service. Centrally located, it was perfect for attending a conference at the Moscone center.
Cons (-) Price is high, but it is centrally located in San Francisco, shower head would not allow adjustment, ceiling fan did not come on
