Pros: Nice bar and location
Cons: Rooms are ridiculous small. Cleaning of rooms can happen until 9pm and was never done before 6pm for us. Gym has lots of cardio equipment but little other machines. Bar tender at wine bar was not aware how to make a Gin & tonic!
Excellent10.0
Pros: Everything! outdoor spaces, great food, rooms spacious and confortable, amazing view of the ocean everywhere. One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Would love to come back.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Everything was Fantastic
Excellent10.0
Pros: The rooms were luxurious yet charming, the staff was very helpful and the pool/lounge area was great
Cons: Not much to dislike.
Excellent10.0
Pros: The exceptional service and accommodations. Twice a day housekeeping, 24 hours pool areas, and peace and quiet. I arrived on my birthday; the staff presented me with a complimentary bottle of champagne along with a card in my bedroom. The room was upgraded to include a balcony. The staff was friendly and for the most attentive to your needs. The beach is a few steps away. The hotel is gorgeous! The hotel was not overstimulating with too many people nor the pool/hot tub areas.
Cons: The food in the hotel restaurants was expensive with small portions. The drinks were creative and just okay.
Good6.2
Pros: Service was good, but disorganized. Sundeck was nice. Staff was friendly whenever you saw them.
Cons: Our room had a musty odor and did not smell clean. There's a big variation in rooms. We upgraded to an "Oceanview" room - but looked out onto a roof and an abandoned building with the ocean tucked to the right. When I complained, they said their "Oceanfront" rooms are all suites and cost $200 more a night. What? So not worth it! If I was to return to Puerto Rico, I'd stay at La Concha and eat at Pinkys everyday. Vanderbilt was so not worth it.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Service
Cons: Nothing
Excellent9.4
Pros: Great attention from the staff. The room was amazing along with the view. It was in close walking proximity to a lot of stores. Only 15 minutes from old San Juan.
Cons: The price is a bit steep. Cost is similar to a St. Regis or a Ritz property.
Excellent9.7
Cons: Staff are very friendly. Clean very clean and neat. Great service. Great facilities.
Excellent10.0
Pros: The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Pools were lovely and clean (slightly chilly for my taste). Adults only area was nice. Only tried the patio restaurant which was very good, but pricey ($50 for french toast, OJ, single egg and sausage).
Cons: Room air conditioner had issues. Maintenance was unable to solve the issue and did not notify front desk that the issue was not fixed.
Okay5.7
Pros: The hotel itself is very pretty and historical.
Cons: The pools are tiny, the service is subpar, housekeeping was always late and turndown service was spotty at best. The receptionists weren't helpful at all, in fact it felt like they were doing us a favor every time we had questions. The service at the pool often took up to 45 minutes to come by and it felt like they were purposely not making eye contact in order to slow things down even more. Not recommended.
Excellent9.7
Pros: At the end of the day, the service provided by this hotel and its excellent staff is what takes it to the next level. From the moment you arrive, they make sure that everything is taken care of for you and then some, to ensure that you enjoy your leisure time to the maximum. Room Service, Pool Service, Concierge, in-house restaurants...everything was spectacular.
Cons: No beach access
Excellent10.0
Pros: I love the service everyone was so kind and helpful. The hotel was beautiful inside and out.
Excellent10.0
Pros: but without all the extra costs. Free wifi. No BS "pool fees". Great restaurants - in fact 1919 may surpass Il Mulino. It doesn't have a casino, but the Marriott and Intercontinental are right up the street.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Attention to detail, luxurious accommodations, outstanding staff.
Cons: We loved everything
Good7.4
Pros: Excellent venue.
Cons: Poor staff. Very stuffy. Don't use Uber as the staff will ask you to have the Uber pick you up at the curb vs the hotel entrance.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Excellent service
Excellent10.0
Pros: We had an excellent time, highlight was that our room window opened fully, facing the ocean. Beautiful!
Excellent8.2
Pros: Very comfortable bed, bathtub seats two, service is top notch! The property is beautiful
Cons: I was there a year ago and the hotel was pristine! Now I see the hotel not being cared for. Paint chipping, vents in my room were dusty & rusted. Also, there were too many young children for my liking. Housekeeping was attentive to my requests but not thorough in cleaning. Dusty lamp, bathtub was dirty. The small things make all the difference. I also wish the property had more night time entertainment.
Excellent10.0
Pros: If you want the ocean view and relax, you dont need to go any where else. I can spend 24 hrs lying in their ocean front glass railed porch/ infinity pool
Good7.7
Pros: Very nice room and oceanfront beautiful.
Cons: Service at pool side restaurant slow and poor. Staff not attentive and had to leave table to ask for serviice. This happened at breakfast and lunch. Had a bad experience with quality of food served and staff did not offer to correct. Once food served waiter never came back to table to see if I needed anything. After this experience decided to eat dinner outside of hotel. Front desk staff great.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Pool area
Cons: I couldn't stay more days
Excellent9.4
Pros: Beautiful room - even the pull out couch was extremely comfortable - memory foam mattress! The lobby staff (registration, concierge, bell hop, etc) was very attentive and friendly. The hotel has a very classic feel of old luxury. I would definitely stay there again!
Cons: The beach was actually over at the neighboring hotel, they said we would have full service at their beach but every time we went, they were "out" of umbrellas on the Vanderbilt side of the beach. We counted and they only had about 12 umbrellas in total for Vanderbilt guests which is ridiculous! Also the are designated for Vanderbilt is over in the corner without a direct view of the ocean. I was disappointed.
Okay4.2
Cons: I arrived at 3:40 pm and was told that the room I booked is not available. The front desk staff guaranteed that it would be ready by 4pm, but when I came back at 4:06pm I was told again the room is not ready. I finally checked in by 5pm and nobody explained why. They gave me two key cards and one doesn't work which kept me out of the room when I came back from swimming the other day. It is the most terrible experience that I have and I definitely don't recommend this hotel
Excellent10.0
Pros: Was an incredible experience and highly recommend. Service and facilities are second to none. Loved it and will come again!
Cons: Only slight negative was service at the outdoor/pool bar...it was a little slow.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Our overall stay was amazing. The food and drinks were a bit costly, but it is a five star resort. The staff were helpful, friendly and the service was outstanding. Our tour guide stated " once you stay at the Vanderbilt, you will not stay anywhere else". My fiancé and I agree!

Great location in Old San Juan, we walked everywhere in the old City. The room was comfortable. The Restaurant makes a great breakfast and coffee. We loved winding down on the rooftop at the end of the day. This is a perfect location for an old San Juan getaway!

Nice place in the heart of San Juan. No outside window in our room, which was actually fine because we wanted to sleep in. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this place if you want to be in old San Juan near lots of restaurants and attractions.
Cons: I very much enjoyed staying at this hotel, but it does not meet the lowest level of fire safety standards. There is only one open stairway leading to all the floors and no secondary means of escape--not even a fire escape. There is not separation between the lobby and the restaurant. There is no sprinkler system.
Excellent9.4
Pros: Staff was super friendly and helpful. Joyce promptly answered my emails/questions before we got there. Location was perfect. Right in Old Town San Juan.
Cons: Couldn't find an outlet in the bathroom. Made it a bit more difficult to get ready in the morning. Room was small but wasn't an issue for us because we were only in our room to sleep.
Excellent10.0
Pros: This was our second visit. We love the historic and quaint atmosphere this hotel provides, exactly the experience we wanted in Old San Juan. This small hotel is not crowded and staff treat you like a personal guest. They go above and beyond to help you and ensure you enjoy your stay.
Cons: It can be a bit noisy but at no fault of the hotel. When you stay on Fortaleza St you are in the center of the action and hear music from neighboring restaurants. We did not mind this. Being in the center of things was important to us and we felt part of the activity and excitement that is Old San Juan.
Excellent9.7
Pros: This is a very charming little hotel in a great location in the middle of Old San Juan, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I highly recommend it.
Cons: The bed was pretty hard. I overpaid because I booked through this site. I would have paid much less booking with the hotel directly. I recommend you do that.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Beautiful hotel!!! Excellent staff! Fantastic location. Our A/C was leaking and they could not get it to stop. The hotel had no other rooms available so to fix the problem they moved us to a nearby hotel. The new place was beautiful as well and it felt like we got an upgraded room. We were very impressed with how the situation was resolved so quickly and smoothly.
Cons: Nothing! Would have loved to have stayed there if the A/C would have stopped leaking. But they fixed the situation very quickly.
Excellent10.0
Pros: The position is great , the staff is excellent, clean, nice, the best place to walk Old San Juan
Excellent9.7
Pros: Customer service. Uniqueness of hotel.
Cons: Elevator was broken while we were there. Light switch in bathroom would not turn off.
Excellent10.0
Pros: We loved the atmosphere and the staff. The rooms were fun and the whole family was comfortable. We would stay here again and recommend it to our friends visiting Old San Juan!
Excellent9.7
Pros: We loved our stay at this cozy little boutique hotel in the heart of Old San Juan! Lots of character and small rooms (which we liked and found so comfortable). Loved the chandeliers in the bedroom and even bathroom! The staff was so accommodating and friendly and hauled my overstuffed, incredibly heavy bag all the way up 5 flights of stairs with no problem (they don't have an elevator yet). The rooftop was so unique and overlooked the city too! I would highly recommend if you're looking for a different kind of experience than the Hilton and big chain hotels.
Cons: They're currently installing an elevator but the staff will gladly carry bags up the stairs for you.
Excellent9.7
Pros: Hotel was very cleaned, staff was so attentive and personable, room was comfortable enough for 2 people.
Good7.4
Pros: I liked the location on Calle Fortaleza, close to good restaurants and to parking lot.
Cons: The room was incredibly small. I need to talk to someone in the front desk to get my key, and they had a sign that says "for help text x number". Nobody answered until the next day when I had left already. How did I finally get my key? I opened the desk and there it was, no help, no security, no supervision. I just took it and kept going.
Excellent8.2
Pros: Charming boutique hotel. Delicious restaurant in house. Staff was great and the location is excellent!

Pros: The "garden" looks nice
Cons: Doors with a traditional key, very hard to latch, lock or unlock. Everybody was slamming the doors all night long. Not sure how many people that stayed there have made a copy of the key. I've got an elevator shaft in my room. Yes, really. My room was built around an elevator shaft. Bed was on one side right next to the door which was next to the elevator door. Bathroom was on the other side, AC was there too. To get to the bathroom from my bed I had to go around behind the elevator shaft. Also didn't get much cold air from AC, it was too hot and you can imagine all the noise. My room was also oriented to the street where every five minutes somebody stopped their car with loud music all night long. I couldn't sleep at all. Too hot, noise coming from AC, elevator, people talking while waiting for elevator, people slamming the doors, noise from car stereos. I could just have stayed at the airport sleeping on the floor for free. Breakfast was very simple, served outside, in the hot, humid weather. Wind was constantly blowing my napkins and stuff away. Transportation from the airport did cost too much because the hotel was not listed in any zone. Paid $20. The hotel is exactly between the airport and the cruise port, which costs $10 to transfer between. They took a photocopy of my credit card including the CVV code and my ID, which violates PCI compliance BTW, when I asked them for how long they are going to store it, they couldn't tell me when they are going to shred it, probably never. The Italian restaurant near by, I don't even.... Just don't. Never again.
Excellent10.0
Pros: great value everything as listed...no surprises great location, safe tourist area and friendly staff super free coffee machine available all day mini bar in room with more than reasonable prices will definitely be my first choice if I return to PR
Cons: if you are there for a pre-cruise be forwarned that the breakfast area is small and although the staff are great they were overwhelmed but still managed to take care of everyone with a smile, just plan a little extra time for breakfast !
This family-friendly San Juan hotel is located near the airport, within 1 mi (2 km) of Playa Ocean Park and Casino del Mar at La Concha Resort. Condado Beach and Carolina Beach are also within 3 miles (5 km). Sacred Heart Station is 27 minutes by foot.

Pros: Gave us access to Isla Verde Marriott courtyard facilities as well. Staff was great! Across the street from a supermarket, near plenty of restaurants.
Cons: Hotel menu was unimpressive, pool area not attached to the beach, but really there is a ton to like about this hotel!
Excellent9.7
Pros: Good location, everything was clean, great staff.
Cons: Parking not included.
Excellent8.8
Pros: Hotel staff were friendly and informative. All areas of hotel were very tidy. I felt very welcomed and appreciated during my stay.
Cons: The foot sham on the bed had stains. Cleaning service did not clean the glasses we used in the room. Hallways were quite cold for my taste. A bit pricey. Seems to be the norm in San Juan.

Cons: Resort fees but this would go for all hotels in the area. Parking options

Pros: free cookies and ping pong table. staff was very friendly
Cons: Lobby smelled like sewage. there was a stain on one of the towels. The bed comforter looked dirty, but I think it was actually the stuffing just clumped together from washing many times.
Excellent8.2
Pros: Live that the rooms were clean and modern. Staff was super friendly and helpful.
Cons: It was a bit of a walk to hot spots. If you're ok with walking 10 minutes or more to the nearest hot spot then your stay will be a walk on the beach!

Cons: Nothing.

I love El Convento. Old world with modern comforts. Elegant and great staff. Beautiful location as well.
Excellent10.0
Pros: I liked everything. The staff was incredibly accommodating. The hotel itself was amazing and exactly what I wanted, which was a place with character and charm. Do yourself a favor and stay here.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Beautiful hotel, wonderful hosts, located in an old world city.
Excellent10.0
Pros: The Hotel Staff is bilingual, loves travelers, will always say hello, will help you find your way around, will feed you until you are stuffed, will make you feel like you are in a family home. This location is across the street from one of the oldest Catholic Cathedrals in North America. Centrally located in Old San Juan for UBER rides, two ancient forts and fabulous restaurants within a block or two. Police are everywhere protecting your safety.
Cons: Main elevator kept breaking down with immediate repair by local Contracted company. Any baggage moves handled by Hotel. They helped us totally through this minor problem.
Mediocre2.0
I wanted to share my experience regarding supervisor Javier from the Palacio location. We were moved for the Convento site to the Palacio site due to torn sheets, unswept under beds with leftover toys from previous dwellers, malfunctioning air conditioning, and cockroaches presence in our room. Helen was kind and personally assisted us in our room transitions. We were advised to obtain breakfast vouchers and met Javier at the front desk. Javier, to say the least, is rude and unfriendly. He was rolling his eyes and just appeared unwilling to assist. He was argumentative about the fact that the food vouchers were not issued by Helen. Javier pointed at my 3 year old son and sarcastically asked if he is going to eat as well insinuating that he should not be eating. Javier should not be dealing with customers as he does not know what customer service means.
Excellent9.6
Pros: It's a historic building with an invaluable art collection.
Cons: Their claim to have a pool is ludicrous.
Good7.1
Pros: The staff was awesome!! Very comfy beds and a very good location!
Cons: The hotel is very old which is cool, but it need some upgrade.
Excellent10.0
Pros: The attention to detail and quality was evident in the furnishings and finishes of the hotel. The staff as courteous and responsive and the daily guest wine and cheese reception was a nice touch. It's location is hard to beat and the hotel blends well into the historical city of Old San Juan.
Cons: There is a lot of traffic directly outside. Not good for early check in.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Every staff interaction was terrific. Friendly, eager, helpful, welcoming. Front desk, restaurant (tapas bar, food and staff shine!) History just walks the halls with you! The rooftop pool and hot tub with harbor view at sunset was something special. Then we left a coat behind, and discovered it after our cruise ship left, they packed it up and Shipped it home.
Cons: Having to leave so soon. Should have booked a much longer stay!

Pros: The infinity pool was great! Rooms were nice and beds were extremely comfortable.
Cons: The rooms didn't have vents and the food and drinks are expensive.
Good7.6
Pros: The view the infinitity pool and the casino
Cons: The staff at nice and also they don't change your sheets everyday unless it's requested
Excellent10.0
Pros: I loved the Club Lounge. The breakfast was superb. Every staff member I interacted with was super friendly and helpful.
Cons: The food was very expensive and to be honest, the yellow walls reminded me of a high school (and not the good kind).
Excellent9.7
Pros: staff there is the best KATERINA was amazing
Cons: loud nosises from other rooms I could hear everything
Good7.6
Pros: The rooms are clean, facility well kept, and staff friendly
Cons: The bed was not as comfortable as we expected
Good7.7
Pros: Hotel is clean and friendly staff
Cons: Location isn't the best taxi to old San Juan was about 15.00 dollars each way. No restaurants nearby so you have to get a taxicab and can become costly.
Good6.8
Pros: Good location and hotel looks great
Cons: The bedding. The sheets were really dirty and if you pull the comforter up to the light you can see all the dust and deadskin That has been collecting into the comforter and it is digusting.
Excellent8.0
Pros: It was close to convention center.
Cons: It does not have facilities to clean your clothes at your own. It should have a small laundry area. I stayed 4 days for a volleyball tournament, and I had to clean the uniforms by hand everyday. They just have a few fridges we were put on a wait list and never call us.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Service was fast! The staff was wonderful! The facilities very well kept and they where always making sure I had what I needed.
Cons: I LOVED EVERYTHING! I have nothing to complain about. Nothing was bad!! VERY WELLA ORGANIZED!
Excellent10.0
Pros: The cleanliness was great, housekeeping department was extraordinary. The people at the Cafe on the lobby were great.
Cons: Some of the staff at the front desk were not that polite as I was expecting since I am an SPG member.
Excellent8.0
Pros: I think the staff was very friendly and helpful. The guys who work at the pool bar and the breakfast staff who works in the cafe. However I would say the front desk staff was my favorite. Thank you so much for making my vacation one of the best vacation ever!
Excellent10.0
Pros: the infinity pool and the service as well as the area
Cons: no minibar
Good7.7
Pros: Love the casino love the Metropole restaurant love the pool
Cons: I don't like it there is not a beach in the hotel
Excellent8.0
Pros: We enjoyed the proximity to Old San Juan and the friendly staff. The room was very comfortable and the WIFI worked well even after the hurricane when not many working WiFi signals could be found. We also enjoyed the infinity pool and the gym. Zen Spa was also great, relaxing and the therapists very helpful.
Cons: However we were overcharged a small amount by Zen Spa and it’s been over a week since our stay and we haven’t been reimbursed for the mistake by the Zen Spa staff. It’s looking like we will have to go there again personally to take care of the problem.
Excellent9.6
Pros: Rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable. The staff was warm and friendly. Loved the total non-smoking environment which amazingly included the casino. We also appreciated having the green option available for opting out of daily room service.
Cons: Had difficulty getting service in their restaurant in the evenings. In fact, one evening we were the only two patrons and after being seated for 10+ minutes with no waitperson approaching us, we left to go eat elsewhere. However, breakfast was great!

Pros: The location is in san juan
Cons: It was very loud staff was unavailable after 1830 bathroom was small balcony is small dirty
Excellent10.0
Pros: My first three nights here, I stayed at a room with a balcony and it was amazing. It's right in the heart of Old San Juan so you get to wake up eaveryday with the beautiful city noice of the livily city outside. It really is an amazing place to stay for a long time. Try to stay in a room with balcony, you will love it.
Cons: I absolutely hated that there's never parking available at any time of the day for your rental car. If you don't have a car then this will be the perfect place for you.

Pros: Perfectly located for visitors looking to explorer Old San Juan on foot. the entire staff was exceptionally helpful with points of interest and restaurants in the area. Will definitely stay there upon our next visit
Cons: Wish they had a café or store that was open extended hours.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Very comfortable bed and size of the room.
Cons: Some hallway noise.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Great location, right in old San Juan. Casino was fun at night. Rooftop pool was fun during the day.
Cons: No view from our room, but that wasn't a big deal.
Excellent9.6
Pros: Staff were curtious, friendly and very helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean
Excellent8.0
Pros: The location was great. Nice rooftop pool.
Cons: Room was not ready until 1.5h after check in. The suite layout was very strange, a lot of empty space and not very convenient. We didn't get room service until 3 days after we came.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Great hotel. People very helpful to make it the best stay ever
Cons: Luv everything
Good7.4
Pros: Great stay but had ask repeatedly for washcloths. Going green ( no maid service, just fresh towels ) was pefect....and received a $5 coupon each day you go green. Used it in the restaurant. Downside, they forgot to give it to us one day. And still no washcloths!! Another downside, cable reception was horrible all 4 nights!!! No TV for longer than 20 or so minutes. Very aggravating. So dont expect to relax to a movie or occupy the kiddies while you get ready for dinner. Front desk never had an answer and nothing they could do. Otherwise, great location, comfy beds, quiet hallways at night.
Excellent9.6
Pros: Perfect location next to the port of San Juan. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food and shopping all within walking distance.
Cons: Resort fee added at the end of stay - this is not a resort property, just a standard hotel with a casino is all.
Good6.5
Pros: The location was great for walking they old San Juan and to get on cruise ship.
Cons: A/C in our room didn't work. Only received two channels on tv. Advertised as having its own casino inside hotel and there was no casino. Very disappointed.
Excellent10.0
Pros: I like the location. The staff was excellent. I like that they have a concierge to help set up excursions. I like the spacious room and modern decor. The best st is the coffee shop in the lobby and the burger place next door is yummy.
Cons: I had an inner room so did have much of a view but that's ok. I didn't spend kuch time int the room. I would have liked if they had a small store to buy sodas candy and chips.
Excellent9.1
Pros: Staff was very helpful in recommending somewhere to eat. Beds were very comfortable and they were accommodating to my needs.
Cons: None
Okay4.5
Pros: Nice view to the bay, pretty roof swimming pool and good gym
Cons: No parking, bad service in the front desk. No attention to the guest. They send me to the wrong room with a family inside... They don't pay attention to what they do in the front desk. Not possible to book in the front desk the man make me reserve through a phone and it was not possible. At the end, I had to make the booking on my cellphone because they were not kind enough to make me a reservation.
Excellent10.0
Pros: The hotel was very convenient. It is walking distance from the cruise port and the rest of Old San Juan. Staff very friendly.
Excellent8.2
Pros: The hotel is in a great location for touring Old San Juan. Taxi access great and right on the waterfront. The staff and service here is perfect.
Cons: It's so unbelievably overpriced for a mid-range style Sheraton it made us choke paying their prices. However, they know they can hold you hostage with those prices given the other hotel options in Old San Juan. Its quite loud in the hallways, but I must say the location is awesome.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Great location in Old San Juan. A bit pricey, but you're walking distance to everything in Old San Juan. Room was clean, staff was friendly. I loved my stay. Got to the airport, picked up the rental car, drove to the Sheraton, and didn't drive it again until we left the next evening.
Cons: The parking was like $20 a day or so. Valet only. There is parking nearby in a garage that is more economical. We chose to leave out car with the hotel.
Mediocre2.0
Good6.0
Pros: Great place to stay at since it if very close to the cruise port.
Cons: Wish they had a shuttle to pick up at the airport. Also pool was too small. Need different tile for the pool area because that tile is very slippery.

Had to spend the first 2 nights in 2 separate rooms because our reserved room was not empty. The keys stop working every 2-3 days. Dated and not well maintained. Decent location but not worth the price
Mediocre2.0
Pros: The hotel cancelled my reservation without communicating this to me in any way. I called to confirm, in light of the hurricane and was told it had been cancelled. This was a month after the storm and just 2 wks prior to my scheduled arrival. I feel the hotel or it's parent company IHG had a responsibility to notify me by phone or email as soon as possible to make other plans. Please, note, the hotel was operational and housing relief workers.
Cons: Poor communication

Pros: I have to say at first look you think you did not get a good deal. However, the cleanliness and the staff and the location can’t be beat!. And I can’t stress it enough just how great the staff was. You can ask them anything and they will accommodate you to the best of their abilities. Even though it’s a huge tourist industry they treat everyone so well. If I were to go back to San Juan I would definitely stay in this location again
Cons: I think the only thing that could’ve been better is the dehumidifier in the room fills up really fast but I wouldn’t say that that was a horrible thing but it helps to have it empty. It keeps the room much cooler.
Good6.0
Pros: The extremely helpful staff at the front desk
Cons: the breakfast was bad
Excellent9.7
Pros: Recently my friend and I visited Puerto Rico and stayed in various locations around the island. The night we stayed in San Juan we stayed at the Holiday Inn Express. It was right off of the main streets and close to the water. A short drive to Old San Juan.
Excellent8.6
Pros: Just one block from beach
Cons: Bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner, a little expensive for my taste but average for the area, hard to get parking!
Pros: Location is great. The whole vibe in the area is awesome. Great friendly staff. Beautiful hotel. Loved it. Would recommend.
Excellent9.1
Pros: Great location in Old San Juan. We were going on a Windstar cruise and were able to walk the short distance to our ship. The staff was very helpful and our room was comfortable.
