The hotel is modern and chic, and after they get all the bugs worked out it will be an excellent hotel.
The hotel wasn't ready for prime time for our visit on 9/19/19. It has been open for a month, and it appears they didn't have sufficient shakedown for their opening. The elevators weren't working; the phone system wasn't working; the WiFi wasn't working; painting was still going on; there wasn't sufficient training for the front desk to provide concierge service. The in-room lighting system is horrible - one switch (not at the bed - turns on/off all lights in the room, including the bedside lamps (which cannot be turned off at the bed. All room lighting is low volt, which is almost certainly programmable from a common box in the electrical room, and when I called down to the desk to complain, I was told that 80% of the guests complain about this, and in this first month they haven't managed to get this corrected. All of these problems should have been corrected before they accepted their first paying guest.
Lovely big suite, gorgeous pool and nice restaurant.
No tea/coffee in the rooms (despite booking.com saying there was). Frustrating as was a family suite and families often can’t go out at night. Only option was room service - I got a cup of tea one night and it was $16USD which is outrageous
The amount of space in the room and how amazing the room was. Also the pool and subbed area was great!!
Not sure! It was all so amazing.
1. Location, 2. Friendless of staff, 3. Space of seating area at the room, 4. Breakfast, and Of course cleanness. Many thanks.
Room rate is very high. I mean, it is expensive!!
Comfort, quality of service, interior design
