Nice but VERY DIRTY carpet
Great location, super cute lobby and design, bathroom was pretty nice, linens and towels were clean
The carpet was so dirty! There were stains everywhere- just gave you an overall gross feeling. Would be so much better if updated carpet!
Excellent location but rather noisy
The location was very good
The bathroom was an all glass affair I stayed a night with my wife we found it rather embarrassing. Because of its location on the main street prepare yourself for a rather noisy night especially during the weekend
If there's a sale
I got a great deal on this hotel and it's well-located. I would never stay there for the regular price, but if there is a deal on it then it might be worth it. The decor is quirky and makes for great pictures.
Staff's English is weak. Room is small. Amenities are very basic, and there are huge tacky mini bar signs and things like that. Bidet did not work, some of the decor was worn. Fun and pretty comfortable but not luxury.
We do not feel that this hotel is very service oriented. No information regarding our stay or available services were provided. We needed to ask many questions. We travel quite a bit and are accustomed to a staff that makes more effort. Staff seemed very young and inexperienced.
Professional staff, fashionable décor.
Room light controls were a bit difficult to figure out.
Not clean shitty bathtub
The hallway ad elevators smelled very bad. Hallways were completely dark. Not sure sure if that's the 'boutique style' they wanted to go for but not impressed.
It was very quiet in the hotel. Everything you need is right outside your door.
