Pros: Typical old fashioned type hotel that you find in many English seaside resorts. Location is its best feature with good views of the entire seafront. We only stayed for one night. The breakfast (and the staff serving it) was very good. Probably more suitable for elderly people as Sidmouth is a very quiet town.
