Pros: Huge room. Was lovely and warm when bitter cold outside. Friendly staff. Especially in the morning. Breakfast was fantastic. Staff could not have done more. It was a rushed trip due to my vehicle breaking down. 11hrs late. I still had a few hrs to visit the town. I will definitely return to this town and will definitely book this hotel. Value for money is an understatement. 4star hotel at 2 star prices Excellent Thank you

Cons: Nothing actually.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is perfect. Breakfast was good. Staff are super friendly and helpful, providing insight on a place nearby where free parking was possible.
Cons: It's not really a complaint, just a heads up for those arriving by car: You can indeed turn into the street where the hotel is located, but I would advise not stopping right in front of the hotel, in order to avoid the wrath of the tourist train driver that goes up the street. You can pull into the next street on the right of the hotel, duck into reception and grab a handy sign for your dashboard telling any parking inspectors that you are a customer of the hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This Hotel is family driven. Very nice and even very friendly personal. Breakfast is ok, you find everything to start the day.

Pros: This hotel is just beautiful, it is the best one we have ever stayed in Teruel, it is immaculately clean and modern! A few steps away from the old town, with all its restaurants and sights! The reception staff are so friendly and helpful, Christina went out of her way to help me when I got a parking ticket, she actually came with me to the Ayuntamiento( Town Hall) to help me resolve the issue, this is going way above the call of duty, I cannot thank her and the Manager who called the Policia Local enough for helping me! The rooms are modern and super clean with lovely views, beautiful large bathroom with fluffy white towels! There really is nothing else you could ask for, it’s one of the best hotels for the money! It has 31 rooms (six triple or quadruple rooms) perfectly equipped with air conditioning, safe, TV, telephone, free Wifi ... It offers, laundry, social lounge, private parking, free breakfast buffety and newspapers.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Staff were amazing - we left a jacket in the closet and they organised a carrier to collect it and send it on. So many emails to do this - we had no Spanish so quite a challenge for them. Very central to town.
Cons: I know it is a European thing but the parking .... costly and underground away from the accommodation.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Price and location right in the centre of the old town. Secure parking.

7.3 Good
Pros: The hotel is in the center of town, close to restaurants and easy to get to the main square.
Cons: It is a very petite hotel. It is also hard to find and surrounded by 1 way streets so if you miss it it takes a while to find again. The rooms are small but so are many in Europe.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location, quiet room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great Breakfast.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Liked being right at the centre of the town. Excellent restaurants nearby.
Cons: Difficult access for the car. Suggest parking at La Gliorietta and walking to hotel.
Parador de Teruel - Teruel - Building
6
8.2 Excellent (1,653 reviews)
S$ 138+
Overview Reviews
When you stay at Parador De Teruel in Teruel, you'll be near ski runs and within a 5-minute drive of San Juan Plaza. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. Free self parking is available onsite.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Super comfortable bed and lovely room. Have stayed many times
Cons: I love the Paradores but the Paradores do NOT offer ANY food before 8.30 pm. When you have been travelling for 6 or more hours and arriving at 5pm or so ...it is NOT acceptable to wait for 8.30 to be able to buy a snack.........When you are very tired you just want to eat something and put your head down. They just don't get it!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Lovely building and rooms
5.8 Okay
Pros: The breakfast is always excellent in a Parador
Cons: I did not like the room we were given on the second floor. Too small and pokey. Tiny window. We have been a number of times in this property and first floor rooms are much better. Paradors on the whole do NOT have walk in showers but instead you need to get into the bath to shower. This is a major let down of Paradors. Staff are too old and bad tempered. They need younger multi-lingual staff.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location for an overnight stop. Asked for a quiet room and got it. Level of comfort and cleanliness etc were excellent. Dinner was good when we finally got served.
Cons: Service in the restaurant was chaotic to say the least. Staff pleasant enough but obviously lacking in training. We had asked for gluten option for breakfast, bread provided (which due to lack of correct preparation was rock hard ) but no cereal and lack of knowledge as to the contents of other breakfast items. Now that restaurants are supposedly obliged to state the allergens in the dishes I would assume that the staff in an hotel of this rating would have been more knowledgeable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beatiful Parador with excellent service. Had a wonderful stay
Cons: Nothing
6.3 Good
Pros: Nice building, location good in terms of stopping off en-route to the Costa Blanca. Free parking on premises (which was one of the reasons we chose it) The food for the evening meal was excellent with very generous portions. Glasses of wine were inexpensive.
Cons: The hotel was only 1/3 full, so we felt that we could have been allocated a room with a balcony. We found the bed too hard and the bathroom needs re-thinking. The bath/shower valve both for the water on/off and for the heat control were so stiff to move even my husband needed to use a towel and some force to move them. There is no lock on the bathroom door, and if your partner comes in whilst you are sitting on the loo, the door opens onto your feet and can really hurt, bad design. Although the evening meal food was very good, service was not brilliant (seemed a shortage of staff) we had to help ourselves to cutlery etc off the dumb waiter. We felt breakfast was very poor, I only eat muesli and yoghurst, there was no muesli, granola or dried fruit. The toaster was not working, although this was remedied when my husband mentioned it to the staff, and the cooked food which consisted of bacon with fried breadcrumbs (!!!) and some type of sausage was cold. There were no eggs. Pastries did not taste fresh and without asking us, coffee appeared on the table; this might be good for some people, but I wanted Chamomile tea and had to get up to ask for it as the waitress too busy setting tables to ask what we might like, however it did appear quickly. We would suggest they offer less at breakfast but better quality food. We paid 195 euros for the night with dinner and breakfast and a couple of glasses of wine. Overall we felt it was disappointing and would not stay there again.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Although the Parador is not a historical building and it was purposefully built as a hotel, it's a really nice place, with a moderately nice architecture (nice, not super outstanding) but very pleasant inside, nicely decorated and very cozy. Staff are super attentive and very kind, ready to help and proactive when offering assistance.
Cons: All was good
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was comfy the bar prices were good. The staff were very pleasant and polite. The bar terrace was very comfortable and relaxing
Cons: The WiFi in the room was poor and the tv wasn’t tuned in very well
5.0 Okay
Pros: it was quiet / young lady at reception was very but could not do anything to help the situation
Cons: There where no. Facilities available ie bar / restaurant/ spar , reception etc , Due to there being a holiday when they closed up and went home at 7pm we were not told about this when we booked otherwise we would not have done
Hotel Viñas 17 - Teruel - Bedroom
7
8.2 Excellent (571 reviews)
S$ 82+
Overview Reviews
Located in Teruel, Hotel Viñas 17 is within a 15-minute walk of Teruel Museum and Acueducto Viaducto de los Arcos. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, a 24-hour front desk, and luggage storage.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Small comfortable hotel with free WiFi and a small fridge in the room to keep things cool. Friendly staff.
Cons: No car park as such but a side road next to hotel had parking. Not sure if this was the hotel's parking place. We had a large van which could not fit down the side road so we used the free public carpark within 2-3min walk so if going to the hotel approaching from the main street then park up (on the right) and walk up to the hotel.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Value for money was excellent. As others have said, a clean, comfortable hotel with good restaurants close by. A 10 minute walk into centre was straightforward. A good overnight stop.
Cons: For the price I doubt anyone could complain.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Exceptionally clean. Extremely comfy bed
8.0 Excellent
Pros: very large room with a large bed and fridge. toiletries, friendly staff, close to old town area for NYE celebrations yet in a quiet area. lots of free parking near-by. good heating levels in the room as at 1000m above sea level it gets vey cold at night
Cons: nothing

7.9 Good
Pros: Staff was super friendly and helpful. Easy location, 10min walking to the center. The rooms are big enough compared to usual hostels so you don't feel cloistered. They give you a key for your locker.
6.7 Good
Pros: good for one night to sleep only, close to city, available parking place and warm
7.1 Good
Pros: Location's great. Easy walking distance to the centre of town. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Disabled ramp is not up to standards. Very narrow, very steep and with no protection at all on one side. No breakfast until 9am, but there is a bar nearby that serves the basics. There was a stray toothbrush in our shower - made us wonder if it had actually been cleaned. The mirror in the bathroom looked as if it had been 'cleaned' with the floor mop. Bedlinen so old and worn it's almost transparent.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The tiled floor
Cons: Average
6.3 Good
Cons: I slept in a bed with bed bugs, got bitten all night long, hope that none of them jumped in my luggages. Otherwise it's a nice place.

Cons: Having told you have parking close to the hotel, then being told that it was full and had to walk 1/2 km to your 2nd garage with all our luggage. We are both pensioners. Won't be staying again. Also restaurant was not good and was empty.
7.1 Good
Pros: The rooms and the location.
Cons: The price for breakfast is so high for what they offer. 11 euros one person for an ordinary breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Trying to park although we were very lucky to get a place at the hotel
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel localted about 200 min from tran station. Good location near the Teruel center and cafe and restorants availables during 2 min walk. The nearest food shop is 3 min walk. Good room and services. Exelent breakfast.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Lovely hotel in the centre of the old town. Very clean. There was free parking close by.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely modern room with a terrace. Large comfortable bed. Facilities were clean and tidy, the bathroom well equipped. The reception staff were helpful and efficient. The hotel is ideally situated to explore the heartt of Teruel with its myriad streets and restaurants.
Cons: There is secure parking which is in 2 locations. The area at the hotel was full so we were sent to the overflow parking a few minutes away. This was very tight even for an average sized car. the walk back to the hotel is uphill!

Pros: Location and comfortable beds.
Cons: Restaurant was closed couldn't get an evening meal. Breakfast was in the bar area and was very limited. We didn't bother!!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly and welcoming staff. Good location. The on-site restaurant is fantastic and I had one of the best meals of my entire trip here. The kitchen opening hours are rather restrictive though and it feels a bit out of place, like it has nothing to do with the hotel.
Cons: The private parking was full and might be too small for a hotel of this size, though I was able to find street parking close by.
7.0 Good
Pros: not parking available
Cons: not parking my room close to the front desk too noisy

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hospitality was excellent. The staff was always available to help me. The room was big and comfortable.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Clean and good location
Cons: Not able to have evening meal as dinning room was fully booked with non residents. Breakfast was appalling. Coffee from a pod machine was undrinkable. Orange juice was coloured water. Disgraceful. A lazy person's way of serving customers.
7.9 Good
Pros: Spacious rooms and good location.
Cons: Nothing
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Easy to find just out of the center near the hospital. Secure parking was excellent though could not be reserved. The room was excellent. We requested one with a bath and that was provided. We ate in the restaurant and the food was excellent. 3 courses with wine for 2 for 23 euros. Terrific value as was the room.
Cons: The heating had a very noisy fan. It was the only significant failing of the hotel. It would be helpful if parking could be reserved in advance.
6.0 Good
Pros: The receptionist was sympathetic and helpful while explaining that our room would not be ready for a few more hours due to a cleaning problem.
Cons: The walls must have been paper-thin as all the sounds from adjacent bathrooms filled our apartment as did the passing corridor traffic.
