Cons: Staff ignores when you have the "do not disturb sign" on and tried to enter on three different occasions, breaking the internal lock. Even after informing front desk of what happened first time they managed to try to enter the room twice whilst having the sign on. Other than that, room is small and higher price for double bed compared to twin bed.

Cons: Breakfast was not included in the price so I preferred to go out for that which was easy to do as the Boulevard is just across the road and the tram stop a few minutes away.

Pros: This was the 2nd time I stayed in B-Apartment in The Hague. Rooms are very comfortable, big and quiet. Location is very convenience since most of the embassies are located in that area for Visa purposes and International Court is close to Hotel. There is a train stop at around 200 m so you can take tram to go to city center. Also there are some attractions close from Hotel as Gemeente museum and Planetarium. Also you can find some good restaurants at 5-8 mins walking from B-Hotel. You can find a spot in front of Hotel and park your car for free. This is quite good since in Holland you have to pay a lot for parking (7-8 euros per hour).

Pros: Very good “late check in“ service. :) Apartment was clean and looks exactly like the pictures. 10 minutes walk to the city. Parking for 10 € / per day, or at the weekend in front of the hotel. Cheap for the Hague !! From the room you have a nice view of the green, despite the city. Breakfast was also good and tasty, only scrambled eggs would have been great. ;) We were very satisfied.

Pros: There was ample space between the two rooms, the rooms were prepared according to prior arrangements (a child cot and a made sofa bed was waiting for us), the TV had a generous channel package, there was a kitchenette with everything needed for cooking and washing up. Cons: Breakfast could have been better Location is 10 - 15 minutes drive to the city center The entry card doesn't work at times so if you arrive after 9 pm you need to call the emergency number to get into the hotel.

Cons: Unfortunately didn't meet any staff. It's always good to have somebody greet you on arrival and let you know the details. It's a little impersonal all being automated/self-check in etc. But it was convenient.

Pros: This was the 2nd time I stayed in B-Apartment in The Hague. Rooms are very comfortable, big and quiet. Location is very convenience since most of the embassies are located in that area for Visa purposes and International Court is close to Hotel. Cons: When I arrived the printer was not working and I didn't receive my invoice/receipt and they didn't have the option to send it electronically by email. Since B-Apartment is more like aparthotel the guys who run the front desk or reception they look like are not quite trained or qualified for this type of business. There was no room service available to ask for coffee or water. Since we were a family of 3 and they didn’t put and didn’t give us an additional blanket and pillow for sofa bed so we have to improvise removing bed sheet from main queen bed and put it on sofa when they can keep those available in the room. The vending machine sucks and there is no option to buy snacks, water, coffee or any other type of drinks and don’t give back cash.

Cons: Would have liked to have received the email with instructions for accessing the property after office hours a bit earlier than on the day of arrival. Due to unfortunate circumstances (left my phone at home), had to fiddle with laptop before we could get the envelope with the room keys out of the safe at the entrance. The apartment was in sub-basement level, so had to keep the blinds down all the time. The apartment was also very cold upon arrival and for the first night, and while we managed to raise the temperature eventually with the thermostat, the bathroom remained icy, since the towel dryer would not turn on. Carpeting in the rooms might help with some warmth retention. The bathroom cabinet, while clean, was also somewhat scuffed and peeling at the corners - perhaps a small update (and upgrade) could be in order.

Cons: Breakfast was not topped up meaning that if you arrived a bit later than usual you did not get to enjoy certain items as previous guests finished them I paid the same as them and would expect to get the same items, at least. You did not give me a discount because I arrived after 10 for breakfast. Also on departure only 1 lift was working and had to wait more than an hour to be able to go downstairs. No staff or management available to manage that situation and certainly NO SIGN OF HOSPITALITY at this Marriot!!

Pros: The hotel's building is hihg and therefore you become a grate view from your room. Location is also verz good, 30 min walk to the city-center and a lot of parks nereby.
Cons: You should pay for animals and it was not shown during the booking process. Parking costs are extremely high! Rooms are not super clean and new, there was already openned schampoo and only one couple of slippers...

Pros: Overall a comfortable hotel, reasonably close to the city centre, with friendly staff and good facilities. Pleasant bar area.
Cons: The heating did not work properly in my room. I was cold. The duty manager tried to solve the problem, but it wasn't sorted out adequately at all during my two-night stay. This was the downside of an otherwise comfortable stay. Apart from an excellent breakfast service in a very pleasant dining room, restaurant facilities are limited - cafe style only.

Beach within 200 yards of the hotels with loads of restaurants and bars in the vicinity. Nelsons sports bar is in the street behind the hotel which has a great host Michel.

Check -out was easy - just leave your access card at the room and you're free to go. (with one condition, the fare need to be settled during the check-in (1st day arrived :) ). Keep it up to Bella Vista Team and see you soon. I will definitely recommend your hotel to others.

Location was great for all attractions beach etc and handy for the tram 2 mins away to delft etc. Was pleasantly surprised as the outside appearance is nothing like the sophisticated interior will definitely return and recommend indoor pool too

Cons: Reception was not very friendly and hospitable. Although we checked in after 14:00 (check-in time), we still had to wait before our room was clean and ready. The lady at the reception didn't seem to care that much. While checking out, she asked us how our stay was, but didn't respond to any of our feedback. The state of the room and facilities (although clean) looked aged and worn.

Pros: As mentioned, location was great.
Cons: Poor sound proofing so we heard kids running about in the room above us from about 7am each morning. Also, a party going on locally on the Saturday night which was noisy until 6am Sunday! Location for us was really good. No breakfast facilities so may put some people off. Really good restaurants close by. Sort out sound proofing and we may come back! Watch out for lethal staircase...

Pros: It was already my 3rd time to choose to stay in Hotel Amrâth Kurhaus for my holidays. The best location, from your room, you can see the sea!! Best value/quality! They also offer you the minibar for free!! Directly tram from the city center and train station, a shopping mall is just next to the hotel, and lots of good seafood restaurants there! Breakfast is really nice and you can enjoy it with the amazing sea view.

Cons: Everything is fine, except when there are too many people in the Breakfast Hall, it is so hard to get the food you may want and you need to wait in the long line for the cafe machines. But it only because that night was nearly fullly booked.

Cons: The elevators in the hotel were small and insufficient for the guests. We had to wait for a while in order to catch a free elevator, and most times we had to go up or down two at a time.
