9.6 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was outstanding - served personally, a variety of breads, cheese and cold meats, plus fresh fruit and good coffee. The hotel was easy to get to, as it was directly adjacent to a tram stop. My room was comfortable, with an external balcony if the weather is good.
Cons: Tea / coffee making facilities in the room would have been a useful addition.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Everything looks new in the room, clean and comfortable. Staff is very friendly. The administrator helped me with my luggage, it was very good as there is no lift.
Cons: No tea/coffee facilities. The rules are very strict. I asked not to do service in the room while my short stay but it was impossible, they forced me let them in for cleaning.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is perfect for the places I had to visit during my stay. Public transport connection could not be better. The hotel is small and cosy, so the service they offer is personalized. The breakfast is extraordinary, varied and served directly to your table, make sure you have enough time to enjoy it before leaving!
Cons: I have found nothing to be unhappy about.

7.0 Good
Pros: Atmosphere, location, reception and bar area, breakfast was great
Cons: Mechanical noise of water in pipes kept us awake all night... this was after we switched rooms once regarding a very tired sofa bed. Decor was below what I would have expected for the rest of the hotel.
7.0 Good
Cons: Far from 4 star. We forgot our wallet inside the room at the check out. When we realized that, we called the hotel. They "checked" and found nothing. A few hours later, we go back to the hotel to make sure it isn't there. The manager said they checked twice again after my call but didn't find anything. We went back to every place we visited in town, then to the police, to decide we would block all our bank cards. On our way home, we got a call from an unprofessional receptionist telling us they actually found it. So we had to drive all the way back to Den Haag to finally get it back. It is our fault to forget something and that happens, and it was their responsibility to take great care of the situation (which was pretty easy), but they managed it badly. Definitely not a 4 star experience.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: This splendidly located hotel has nice and clean rooms and a cozy bar. The breakfast is absolutely lovely: from little pancakes to three different types of yoghurt, they have it all! The staff was also very friendly and helpful!
Cons: The bathroom is quite small. It also has unpleasant white fluorescent lighting.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great. Nice, clean room & decent breakfast.
Cons: It was really annoying to arrive late morning & not get a room until 2pm when you could see through the plastic express checkout box many many keys where people had already left. The receptionist said there was nothing available before 2 as the housekeeping start late. I had written & asked for early check-in but got a 'no' as well. Ibis could make money from this but i guess it may be too hard.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, service and friendly staffs. Good size bed and very comfy too.
Cons: No coffee or tea making or at least drive king cups provided.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Front desk people were so nice to me, except only one person (explained it before) Despite that, everything was quite good, its location nearby Grotemarkt tram stop, food square and fancy shops make the stay easier for you. Well connected to the train central station was quite good for me and possibility of travel around.
Cons: Pillows were terrible confortable. There was a person at front desk who was no having (I presume) a good day as she was upset and treating people as they were no customers but bothering her. Accor hotels should take into account as they have people programs to train them.

Cons: All was as expected - geared to basc, efficient travel..all good!

Cons: Need to pay 1€ for one cup of hot water.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Good staff. Basic, but functional, clean and everything you need.
Cons: For the money we paid, the hotel met expectations.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is great: in the city centre and in 10 minutes walking from central station. Small room, but it's enough, for its price it is very good.
Cons: Early check-out at 10, for all extra time after 10 will be charged 15 euro.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Easy check in, we checked in early (our room was ready) for additional cost. Location is great - right in the center close to the popular places. For a short stay is perfectly fine. Exactly as on photos. Has place for one small (carry on) suitcase.
Cons: The room is tiny (as advertised) so it's not suited for a long stay - you can barely walk around the bed.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was clean.
Cons: A double size bed was too narrow. The bathroom looks modern, but made feel awkward. The glass wall of the bathroom and the toilet is too thin. It's not enjoyable to hear what another person is doing in the bathroom or toilet.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Check in till 3am - what more could you ask for after getting into the Hague late due to trains not running & being delayed.
Cons: A bedside table perhaps to place the phone on while charging overnight?
