Pros (+) Location was near lots of restaurants. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet.
Cons (-) The water pressure was poor and water was not hot. Front desk personnel not very helpful.

Pros (+) Fine for my purposes. Probably not suitable to families due to a generally rough (red light) neighborhood at night. Clean, easy, simple bordering on bare-bones.
