Excellent spacious room good value
Long wait time for check in Low shower pressure
Staffers are very helpful. Our son had an accident on the first day morning, bumping his head into the corner of the side table and bled heavily. Staff came and did some quick wound treatment and sent us to a walk in clinic which located literally at the basement floor of the hotel (the hotel was located on top of a big shopping center). Super central location, opposite to Union Station. Breakfast was very tasty although price is a bit high.
Breakfast was actually not VALUE FOR MONEY
The food could include a lot more vegetarian dishes. As we had to go out to eat more often due to non availability of vegetarian food.
Location was very good and easy access to trains and subway so that was definitely a plus as I was staying longer than my work trip. Everything was close by. The room was big enough for one person and clean.
Think the only thing would be was the prices but I guess that's what expected of Toronto city.
