Comfy bed and lovely warm room
Room was very clean. In room kettle and complimentary biscuits a nice touch. Price was good.
Beds a bid springy. Basic layout (all rooms facing a central courtyard) means rooms are not particularly quiet if there is any movement in the courtyard or on the road.
It was close to shops and quiet. Very clean.
Although there was a railway line and a major road nearby, the environment was surprisingly quiet.
The lighting was a little hard to read by.
The female staff member I spoke to upon check out was absolutely lovely. The room was older but very clean.
Had an initial issue with the arrival of myself and my dogs (which was my fault). Could have easily changed rooms, the gentleman on reception was worried about the disturbance my old dogs (who were sleeping in the back of my canopy) would create for the other guests however then proceeded to put me (a single woman) in the room directly next to several workers who were there on an extended stay and were drinking all night and early Sunday morning - so not much sleep was had. Toilet could have done with a big dump of bleach, obviously someone had stayed in my room for a length period of time.
