Wailea is home to several 5-star hotels and resorts. The Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea is set in lush gardens and offers guests a range of amenities including three saltwater pools, four restaurants and two tennis courts. Andaz Maui at Wailea Resort gives direct access to Mokapu Beach and provides four cascading infinity pools, a 24-hour fitness center, a spa and five dining options. Ho’olei at Grand Wailea is a luxury villa resort offering a golf course and fitness center along with a tropical pool that features a sandy beach and a waterfall.

Wailea Ekolu Village is less than a mile from the shopping outlet and is set on the slopes of Haleakala in 18 acres of gardens. The villas feature panoramic views of Kahoʻolawe Island and the Pacific Ocean and has two pools.

Days Inn by Wyndham Maui Oceanfront is 1.5 miles from the center of Wailea and provides beach access, a gym and ocean-view dining. Polo Beach Club is 1.2 miles south of Wailea and is set on Keawakapu Beach. Offering comfortable rooms with kitchenettes, the hotel also features an outdoor pool.

Maui’s only Irish pub, Mulligans on the Blue offers traditional pub fare, as well as island dishes, with ocean views. Stay at either Hotel Wailea or Fairmont Kea Lani, which are both half a mile away.
