Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the friendly and attentive service, with many highlighting the helpfulness of the staff, including rides to local attractions and thoughtful touches. Breakfast and other meals were frequently described as delicious and satisfying. The location and amenities, such as the onsen and traditional Japanese experience, were also well-received. However, a few guests noted issues with cleanliness and maintenance in some areas, and one review mentioned a very negative experience with room odor and hygiene. Overall, the positive experiences far outweighed the negatives, making this hotel highly recommended by most guests.
