It wasn't possibility to see Vatican from the window (just several single rooms give this possibility), because in front of this hotel there is other building same highness. But it was about 10-minutes walking to Vatican.
Internet is not for free. Towels was not clean (but was changed immediately)

Location was great.. Five to ten minute-walk to the train station where you can access Rome's train and bus networks. It was also ten minutes walk to the Vativan Museum and 15 minutes to the Vatican and St. Peter's Basilica..
The streets around the hotel were not the cleanest, butafter-all, many of the streets in Rome are not clean and people tend to leave their pets' droppings in the street, so you have to watch your step to avoid stepping in dog's poop..!!

The staff was friendly and very helpful and breakfast was good.
The carpet in the room smelled horrible, was extremely dirty, and the smell of air freshener was overbearing. The bathroom was infested with mold (walls, cracks, and ceiling). Definitely not what you see in the pictures and not recommend for children( i.e. mold and filthy carpet).

Hotel was near the Vatican and had facilities for wheelchair user.Staff were pleasant and helpful.
