Location of pool area, which appears always to be in the shade;-( Too few porters availble. Balcony design where it is easy for others to gain access to your balcony or even your room.

“Excellent stay, welcoming hospitality and superb attention to COVID-19 Health and Safety measures and hygiene.”
“Rooms were spacious, well decorated, clean and super well maintained - they seemed like brand new. The spa was the best thing in the hotel - with Turkish and Finnish saunas and a great indoor jacuzzi. The second best thing in this hotel is the restaurant and bar area, which has a great view of Marseille’s old port.”
