Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location near transport, shops, and restaurants. Some guests highlight friendly and helpful staff, though experiences with service are mixed due to issues like check-in at a neighboring hotel and limited reception hours. Cleanliness is a significant concern, with multiple reports of dirty rooms and unpleasant odors. Room size is often described as very small and cramped. Amenities such as air conditioning and safes are mentioned, but control and maintenance issues are common. Overall, the location and some positive staff interactions stand out, but cleanliness and comfort need improvement.

Pros (+) The room was small and cosy and yet had all the necessities
Cons (-) The hotel is under renovation so the pictures on the booking website were misleading. There was constant noise from the construction activities
