Pros: Firstly the location is great, you can basically walk everywhere from the W Hotel and explore Barcelona. Staff was very professionnal and helpful. Pool area was nicely design with great view of the beach and the city. The room obsiously was brand new as the hotel opened just 2 weeks ago and had all great amenities. Loved the shower.

Pros: K&K Picasso is a well situated boutique hotel which has an excellent staff trained to meet the needs of its guests. The breakfast was outstanding in both the quality and variety of food. The staff provides great advice on dining and touring options.

Pros: The staff at this hotel was extremely friendly and always making sure that I was enjoying my stay as much as possible. The hotel itself is beautiful and has a calm ambiance. The room was beautiful with a big bathroom. Room was also clean and well put together. Restaurants and the champagne bar at the hotel were amazing. When I go back to Barcelona I will be staying at this hotel again.

Pros: Took an age to check in which I do not expect in an expensive 5 star hotel. Staff indifferent. A luxury hotel that just lacks something special when it comes to service.

Pros: We hadden een prachtige ruime kamer met veel licht en ruimte. Groot bed, grote TV met BVN, gratis internet. Het hotel ligt op wandelafstand van het strand. Vele restaurantjes in de buurd. En dit alles voor slecht 165€ voor 2 personen voor 2 nachten. Zeker een aanrader.

Pros: Quiet at night but still close to main attractions

Pros: The location is great: in a quiet n safe neighbourhood, not too many tourist around, just the way we like it. It's 5-10 minutes walk to beach and to go to the main tourist attractions, there are 2 metro stations nearby. We took mainly L4:Bogatell. There's a great cafè just around the corner called La Tornada, good for breakfast and a light lunch. One block away there's a small shopping centre with a supermarket and cinema in original languages. If you walk a bit, in c/ Ramon Turrò 13, there's "Els Pollos de Llull", simply the best roast chicken I've ever tasted. The rooftop pool is also a plus. It's not big, but you can still swim in it and it has got a stunning view! Ah, on my birthday they left a cake with a candle and a note in our room!

Pros: Located on the vibrant Via Laietana, this hotel is in the center of so much--a 15 min walk to the beach, the Picasso museum, wonderful Tapas restaurants, shops, bars, and plenty of gelato stores. New modern decor juxtaposed with an old colonial building gives the stay both energy and comfort. The price is quite affordable for a four-star hotel, though there are certainly other options that are both cheaper and more expensive. Friendly staff, and a wonderful stay.

Pros: Not a comfortable hotel. Shower fixtures splashes and hot/cold temp hard to adjust. Hotel is right above underground trains and can feel the vibrations. I think Kayak customers automatically get the worst rooms. I got a window that looked out to a wall 5 feet away, on the second floor. So no view or sun. I guess for the price, that’s what I get for convenience.

Pros: Location is perfect. You are right behind from the gothic area and near La Rambla and across or by a modern area. The jaumi subway is a minute walk away. There are tons of restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner in any direction. You won't regret it and I appreciate the reviews that helped us picked this place. There's a small convenient store right next door where you can get water and other necessities.
