Pros: The location was very good for sightseeing. There were cafes and restaurants nearby. The reception staff were helpful. RENFE station was moved to a new place in the winter of 08-09; the new one is very far away from the central of city and the hotel, so taxi was necessary to go to and from the station.

Pros: The room they offered me was a 2 level double It was nicely decorated and it had eveything I needed. The floors were wood laminate as you enter the entertainment room (has sofa, chairs, desk, tv and closet) which was very nice. Then you go up the stairs to go to the second level which are quite nice. Other than this, it was a great hotel. The customer service was excellent. The woman at the front desk was extremely helpful with sorting my transportation out for the following day as well as showing me how to get around the city.

Pros: An ideal place for an overnight stop or a short city trip, with very friendly staff, the receptionist in excellent command of English, and quite nice rooms. Don't expect too much, but it's a good value for money. Anyway, the power shower with messages was a real highlight! The vicinity of the hotel not very impressive, but if you are just looking for a spot at the outskirts of Burgos, close to the northern motorway and in the same time not very far from the historical centre, you will find it quite convenient (but note: we had a car). An on-site garage (extra charge of 6 euros!) makes your sleep more comfortable if you have a car full of holiday stuff as we had.
