6.2 Good
Pros: The staff was helpful and nice
Cons: They need to update the hotel a bit it's very dated it's like stepping into 1945. They need to make the hotel like Thr terrace they have on the very top there is a restaurant there and it's the only area of the hotel that I would consider a 5. Star.they should use the style of that restaurant for the entire hotel.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location, the splendid free breakfast, the courtesy of the employees.
Cons: Getting a parking space was a bit challenging but the hotel associate was very helpful to find it, but being in the center of the city it was very fairly priced

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Cosy, breakfast was very good. There is a cofee machine in the lobby and free croissants.
Cons: The room is small but cosy. There are no consumables in the bath (soap, shampoo).
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel was about 10 minutes walk from Royal Palace of Caserta. An underground parking company entrance was in the same piazza as the hotel - we parked briefly in front of hotel to drop baggage off, hotel gave us a card that allowed us to park for 10 euros/24 hrs, and we drove around piazza again (one-way) to park our car. We stayed a few days and came and went in the car as required by speaking with carpark security attendant at entrance. Do not waste time and money by trying restaurants away from hotel like we did. On our 3rd night after 2 nights of average dining elsewhere, we discovered the Restaurant La Bougainville adjacent to hotel and realised it was actually associated with the hotel. We were extremely satisfied with the quality of food, and delighted that the menu offered some choices different to the normal offerings elsewhere of pizza and pasta. Our waiter, who spoke English, was wonderful. The staff at the front desk were good as were the cleaning staff. After finding the bed and pillows too firm for personal preference, we requested some softer pillows from front desk and they were provided same day. Breakfasts were in a pleasant modern dining area, and were diverse and copious. Room facing piazza was quiet (we closed double-glazed windows) and had good curtains to make it dark. Our room had a large sofa upon which we placed out two cases to allow easier access. Free wi-fi was good.
Cons: 1. We could not find an English or alternate language TV channel, and if offered, instructions for access or a TV guide would benefit customers. 2. The mattress was too firm for personal preference. Softer pillows were provided upon request.
7.0 Good
Pros: breakfast is good
Cons: no bar

Pros: A classy old fashioned hotel in a very pleasant waterfront location, with wonderful views across Naples Bay. Staff were friendly, and the concierge in particular was most helpful. Good variety at breakfast.

Pros: Location: 2 minutes from Toledo subway station. You can see the hotel from the exit of the station. There were many restaurants around the hotel and a small supermarket was located next to the hotel. The view from the breakfast room was fantastic. Room: It was spacious, comfortable and clean. Toiletries were minimum(shampoo, hair conditioner, shower gel ans soap) It would be nice if a coffee maker or an electronic kettle was equipped at the room. Breakfast was good although the buffet menu was same everyday.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: We wound up having to find a hotel for an extra night at the last minute & needed a late night arrival (racing to beat the Lufthansa strike). This hotel worked perfect. Great breakfast & staff were all very friendly. Nice size room with lots of power plugs.
Cons: They said the shuttle would be 35 Euro but wound up to be 41. Not a huge deal but....
7.0 Good
Pros: Small and nice hotel with friendly staff. Very close to the Cavalleggeri Aosta stop of the L2 railway line. The hotel has a small hall with bar, a relax area and new, even though small, rooms.
Cons: The area where it stands is not nice and there are few places to eat. The L2 line is not a metro line but a railway line running to the center every 20 minutes. After 10 p.m. the L2 line doesn’t reach the stop near the hotel and stops at the previous stop. From there you have to walk 15 minutes to reach the hotel.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is clean, modern and comfortable. Staff exceptional and breakfast very nice. Location near a metro station therefore handy for tourism. Also lots of bars, restaurants and shops nearby.
Cons: My only criticism could be that the cappuccino came from a coffee machine therefore the milk had the taste of powdered milk. I didn't ask but if not present a real cappuccino would have made the hotel too perfect! Also the location may not be good for some, we were visiting family nearby so this not an issue for us.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was friendly and very helpful. Rooms were modern and clean. Breakfast was wonderful!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Best hotel in Napoly
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Access to metro and train. Very clean and comfortable. Good breakfast.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Staff of the hotel are very friendly and helpful in all the meaning. Special thx to Alberto in front desk and his colleagues for all the support and charming welcoming.
Cons: I loved the hotels.. Just if they have a restaurant would be perfect. But there is many restaurants in walking distance

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic location. Very friendly staff. Clean and quirky. Just loved it. Will definitely come back. There are a lot of stairs to climb. But this was not a problem for us. Breakfast was varied and well worth the 5 euro
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location is amazing situated in the centre of the Historic District nearest one of the best Pizzerias (ll' President) and not too far from the ports, train station and the funicular. The property was kept to an immaculate standard and each room was well-designed and airconditioned, not to mention the property had an amazing balcony with lots of plants.
Cons: I only wished that there were more comfortable chairs on the balcony, honestly, that is it.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The property was quiet yet well placed in the bustling Centro Storico. The private sun terrace, the aircon and the ensuite shower facilities were our saviour in mid 30s temperatures. The attention to detail in the property was great, things were well thought out.
Cons: Can't think of anything.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Amazing old building. Beautifully decorated.
Cons: Lots of stairs but we were expecting this as the owners are very clear about it.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Pros: incredible accomodation hosted by such lovely and genuine people. The room was spacious and comfortable with a fantastic quirky and artistic edge. Free tea and coffee, and an incredibly clean shared bathroom!
Cons: Cons: That we didn’t stay longer! Also be aware of the 8 flights of stairs needed to be climbed to reach the top - not for the faint hearted! Owner was using a hammer to hang paintings at 11pm - strange ahah

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Good value for money. The best breakfast we had in Italy while staying in hotels under 150 euros. Spotless room and shower.
Cons: The bed is ok. Be prepared to relative stiff mattress. Take into account that the double glazing will not not tottaly reduce the noise of the trains passing near by.

Pros: Breakfast was excellent, room was clean and big bathroom with both shower and whirlpool bath......
Cons: Location is interesting, but for a one or two night stay its great.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location and second story deck views were amazing of Mt. Vesuvius, Caserta, and the southern Amalfi coast. There are wonderful local eateries and food shops within walking distance and the church and shops and restaurants on the Vechhia above the property are excellent. The proprietors are wonderful people and very easy to work with. We will visit again some day!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff, very helpful. Amazing view from the terrace and great breakfast. Our room was very nicely furnished and very comfortable. We only stayed overnight but it would be an excellent base to stay longer and explore the area. Very relaxing.
Cons: We enjoyed everything about our stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Easy travel to Naples and Pompeii. Breathtaking view from the terrace over Naples. Superb value for the money. Had very nice host with 3 cats :) loved it. You will have private phone in your room allow you to reach host 24/7. Can’t get better than this. There is local bakery called Pasticceria Pierreti. Must try for breakfast. We loved it.
Cons: Just to bear in mind , room is on 2nd floor. Since there is no lift can be difficult with heavy luggage. But for the view from the terrace, it’s worth it.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: The facility was very nice, with a great view. It is an old building in a very good condition. It even has an elevator but you can still feel the countryside effect. Free parking space was available in front of the b&b.
Cons: Bed was not very comfortable but is was OK. We needed 2 hours to heat the room. Air conditioner was not functioning well. But people were very nice and they helped us when we told them about the problem. It was a nice stay anyway, I would recommend it.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Nice, clean room with great views on the Vesuvio. Lovely, fresh and delicious Italian (thus sweet) breakfast with great coffee. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great value for money. Good location for exploring Caserta and its surroundings (e.g. the Reggia, Casertavecchia).
Cons: If there was one thing to mention: Parking is somewhat of a challenge (at least if you want to park you car in front of the accommodation) because of only limited space available.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Beautifully converted old house to elegant and smart b&b-rooms with beautiful patio for dinner and breakfast. Great pool I’m the neighbouring house. Good dinner, great breakfast.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very impressive! I and my husband celebrated our Christmas in Naples, and we loved that so much. This place is absolutely stunning with palace style interiors with granite and marble walls, giant Christmas tree in the lounge, fantastic roof garden terrace with a restaurant, very comfortable and beautifully decorated rooms in historic style, outrageous selection of Neapolitan style sweet cakes and pastries offered with the breakfast menu ( I think about 12-15 types of different cakes). The location is the best you want to be: right on the sea front promenade overlooking volcano and 12-century castle, withing walking distance to the gallery, opera house, and cruise ship and ferry terminal.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to dining and shopping. Close to the port to catch the ferry to Capri and the other islands. Its the best hang out spot in naples. Staff was friendly.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: I love this hotel. Extraordinary location, room with the view on the sea, super clean. Very comfortable bed, I think the best bed I have ever met in hotels. Very pleasant lobby.
Cons: Only the breakfast is not so extraordinary. Rather medium.
6.2 Good
Cons: They implied that breakfast was included then we got whacked for 27 a head on breakfast. Most expensive muffin I ever ate
6.0 Good
Pros: The location was great. Walking distance to many restaurants
Cons: Seemed like one day this was a grand hotel. Today it's old and dusty. The room size was great but the sheets were rough and the hallways looked like they needed to be vacuumed.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Sacrifice small accommodations for central location than this hotel is OK. Great breakfast buffet
Cons: Shower was really small
9.7 Excellent
Cons: The bed was not comfortable and the walls were thin. A lot of noise at midnight
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Old world charm and great location. Staff was very helpful.
Cons: Rooms were a bit dated.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location, view and room size
Cons: Expensive
Hotel Royal Caserta - Caserta - Bedroom
11
8.8 Excellent (2,902 reviews)
S$ 131+
Overview Reviews
Comfort, style and a high-quality service, just one step from the Royal Palace of Caserta, one of the most precious and appreciated tourist site. The architecture of the Palace blends with the minimalist style of our rooms: this creates a special and strong contrast. Care for details and facilities at our 4 star hotel are perfect both for business and for leisure.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent standard of rooms, lovely and large and airy, spotlessly clean, v elegant.
Cons: It was excellent - though a slightly more modern hairdryer would be a good advantage. Everything else is so modern and exceptional, so was surprised that the hairdryer was so traditional.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel was in a great location for me since it was only a 3 minute walk from the train station and 5 minute walk to the Caserta Palace. This was my entire reason for the trip. The hotel is modern, the staff pleasant and the location superb. The breakfast buffet was very good. My wife enjoyed the cappuccino's and the buffet had a large variety of foods to choose from. The bathroom was a little tight but very modern and the shower large and worked well. I had hot water about 10 seconds after turning on the tap. I know that some people were confused with the lighting system but it really is not that difficult to work. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Caserta, particularly if you travel there by train.
Cons: The bathroom in the room was a little tight around the toilet. I also wish they had at least one English language station on the TV (like CNN) but hey, we are in Italy and they speak Italian!
7.9 Good
Pros: Location breakfast
7.9 Good
Pros: Location breakfast
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Central location, close to train station and lots of restaurants near by.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Close location to Reggia di Caserta, friendly staff at the front desk, good breakfast, and clean and comfortable room.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We came to visit the Reggia di Caserta palace - a stunning place - recommended to everyone. The hotel is very near the palace so for us the location was very good. Our room must have been recently refurbished with all kinds of sophisticated equipment, especially the shower which offered too many options to chosse from when you just want to take a shower. But I can't complain about that.
Cons: The city of Caserta is not something to write home about, so the hotel immediate surroundings are rather blah. Unless you want to visit the palace - or have to go on business - avoid the city.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great location just next to the Reggia. We had a spacious, very clean room with a wonderful view of the Reggia. The breakfast was good.
Cons: The room we had on the 5th floor was very clean and spacious but in need of some extra care - the furniture was a bit worn out and the bed was very hard.
Romeo Hotel - Naples - Building

With a stay at Romeo Hotel, you'll be centrally located in Naples, within a 10-minute walk of Galleria Umberto and Teatro di San Carlo. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, limo/town car service, and express check-in. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Top class. Couldn’t have been more comfortable or convenient. Staff were excellent. Some lovely small restaurant nearby and easy access to the main sights. Oh, and the breakfast was really good, with fine views of Vesuvius.
Cons: Nothing.
6.0 Good
Pros: Hotel was nice- Modern and up to date
Cons: The neighborhood was terrible= Naples looked like it was rundown with crime from where this hotel was situated. The room was small and somehow, the shower opened directly to the bed. The lights in the room were on a sensor- so if you are showering and not moving, the lights shut off within 60 seconds. on my high standard, the hotel was essentially built to try and be a 5star, but failed to get there. the beds were terrible as well- 5 star hotel, i expect a queen or a king bed that is not a stiff European bed on a board. If you want a 5star luxury hotel, its not that. But it was nice.
7.9 Good
Pros: Hotel was very nice, couldn’t fault the hotel or room itself.
Cons: Location, Naples isn’t a nice location. Very poor area, lots of rubbish in the streets & very polluted
9.1 Excellent
Pros: The Romeo is an upscale, eclectic hotel, near the waterfront in Naples. The service is generally excellent, and the rooftop pool is unusual and not to be missed. The rooms are high tech, perhaps too much so.
Cons: The overnight shift at the front desk could use some retraining - indifference seems to be the primary attitude. Naples itself seems safe and is a vibrant city, but it sure is dirty and needs routine litter pick up and infrastructure maintenance.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The spa
Cons: The massage was shorter than I paid for die to lack of employees
7.9 Good
Pros: Room space Cleanness Stuff
Cons: The air conditioner won’t work in winter so you have to keep the windows open unless there is rain or street noise then your will literally sweat. And there is no ironing allowed in the hotel if you want to iron your clothes you have to give for laundry
9.0 Excellent
Pros: very well facility, just opposite to the wharf, good location
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Every thing
Cons: Nothing

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Central hotel, super clean, very comfortable and spacious room, friendly and helpful staff, internal closed garaging
Cons: Internet only really worked in entrance lobby
7.5 Good
Pros: Very old hotel but very clean
7.1 Good
Pros: The hotel had really good atmosphere and vibe. Everything was clean and I felt pretty good there.
Cons: The staff didn't speak English, well... didn't even try (although they were all nice and helpful). The hotel charged the card the day after booking, although it was stated the card details are only for verification (that's quite a mess when you are booking for 6 people and 4 nights). They didn't respond to my mails. The wifi was there, but nobody from our 4 rooms had signal strong enough to connect.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was perfect. The rooms was so quaint.
Cons: I would have liked to see the staff smile.
7.1 Good
Pros: Nice terrace. Good breakfast.
Cons: Staff does not speak english, rooms are noisy in the second floor. Hotel took all money from the card right after booking although they say that the card is just as a guarantee! Very bad internet signal in rooms, much better at terrase.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was really nice. Good breakfast. Silent.
Cons: Small parking slot
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was a cold breakfast - you go to the counter and ask for what you wish, croissant type, cereal, yoghurt, biscuits, fruit, juice, tea coffee etc Excellent location 5 minutes from the train station and 5 minutes from the Reggia di Caserta - Royal palace
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Conveniently located near the train and bus stations and also the Reggia.
Cons: Basic breakfast. I was expecting more from this kind of hotel.
Grand Hotel Vanvitelli - Caserta - Building
14
8.6 Excellent (4,481 reviews)
S$ 139+
Overview Reviews
Hotel 4 stars in caserta. It has 240 rooms, a big conference centre with 16 conference rooms, 5 restaurant dining, fitness centre, outside swimming pool and spa (1200 sqm). Parking and garage.
4.2 Okay
Pros: Big rooms, big comfortable bed
Cons: I was trevelling with my two small kids, 9 and 5 y.o. I have booked a room, I think it was supposed to be a double room, as far as kids until 5 y.o. allowed to stay for free in the existing beds. I especially wrote additional message to the hotel that we are three persons, and asked if they can put an additional bed in the room, though it was without answer. When I arrived, they gave me a family room for 4. After I opened the door of the room, I discovered, that it is not clean!! All the beds were made up, but linings were used! On one of the bed there were apparent traces that somebody was lying on it after cleaning!! I have never such experience with hotels before! Ok, in half an hour they fixed this problem and cleaned the room. The next morning, while check-out they were trying to charge me for a price of a family room!! The receptionist was really shouting on me, that how I want to pay a price of double room if we are three! It was just outrageous! I don’t recommend this hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked everything! It was just perfect!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good
Cons: No teacups in room

Free Wi-Fi connection. Close to the hotel the metro stop Garibaldi M1 directly connected to the most beautiful sites of the city.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice room, if small. Very nice breakfast and bar area on the top floor.
Cons: The location on Piazza Garibaldi is convenient but has its drawbacks, number one being the loud and crazy traffic. The windows are good at blocking almost all the noise, but some gets through.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staffs are kind. Room was clean and large.
Cons: Front and surrounding roads are too dirty, noisy and messy like India. Shower room was slippery.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Located near train station in Naples in a "rough" neighborhood, the hotel was a quiet oasis. Had early morning train to catch. Without asking the staff offered a bag breakfast to take on the train.
7.0 Good
Pros: the rooftop lounge has a great view and is a nice place to sit in morning or evening
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The Unahotel exceeded our expectations. From check in to check out the staff were welcoming, friendly, and progressional. Our room was comfortable and we appreciated all the little extras and the heritage features of the building’s makeover. The view from the rooftop is brilliant. Loved the breakfast.
Cons: It’s a bit of a schelp across the piazza from the train/metro/buses as the flagstones are not friendly to luggage. Walk on the left side facing the hotel to avoid the riff raff. But then when you get in the door it’s a wee haven
7.1 Good
Pros: Location near the station and city centre
Cons: Reception area was a bit non descriptive for that price of hotel
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was great. Close to the central train terminal and the metro and the Circumvesuviana for visiting Pompei and Vesuvius. Everything was clean, well decorated, breakfast was nice, we enjoyed the roof bar and room service. They even brought a basket of complimentary items up, razor and shaving cream, needle and thread, nail file, printed train reservations for us...the hotel was great. Walking distance to Antiqe pizzeria de Michele. Also fortuna pizza next door was tasty and cheap but not much to look at.
Cons: Naples. The city is a bit gross. The street behind the hotel was covered in garbage. I also wish there was a straight forward pedestrian crossing, we ended up doing a lot of jay walking. But once you are within the walls of the hotel everything is great.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic breakfast, nice bathroom and quiet room
Cons: Room quote small this time

Cons: Restaurant was terrible and overpriced. Very disappointing last meal In Italy.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We’re just back home from Naples and we couldn’t be more pleased with our stay at the Renaissance Naples Hotel. The hospitality and level of service were outstanding and we will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends. I sincerely believe excellent service starts from the top and with the personal example by the hotel manager Mr Pasquale Noli. A well deserved 10/10! Saul and Olga
Cons: Nothing that I can think of.
7.5 Good
Pros: The rooms are clean, staff friendly and location is good.
Cons: WiFi isn’t for free and bad quality. That is no good value for money in this class of hotel.
5.0 Okay
Cons: Gym is not really in hotel and not available when needed. Hours on the facilities are not very convenient. Restaurant needs more options. Room was very small, compared to photos on website.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a great hotel in a good location for getting around the sights of Naples. They have a fantastic selection of food at breakfast and very attentive staff. The bar staff were excellent and remembered what each of us were drinking. We arrived on my partner's 50th birthday and having let the hotel know, we had a bottle of sparkling wine in the room on arrival. It was a lovely touch. One day the room was very warm and reception said that as it was winter, the cold air wasn't on, but they dealt with this very well by getting the housekeeping to leave the window open and providing a fan. Overall a very good hotel in a great central location.
Cons: One thing that was a little disappointing was that the wifi isn't free. We paid for it one day and the signal wasn't very good so definitely something to improve on.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful breakfast terrace viewing sunrise over the Vezov
5.4 Okay
Pros: Bed was comfortable good location
Cons: No air conditioning and told to open window. Room very hot. Breakfast disgraceful
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Most staff were efficient and friendly. Hotel is very clean and the view from the breakfast area is wonderful.
Cons: I booked a deluxe room but was told we got an upgrade to superior. I always thought a deluxe was better than a superior. The room was very small so I asked to be changed. The replacement room was bigger with a bigger bed but nothing special and the bathroom was very tight.
4.0 Okay
Pros: The gym was perfect

Cons: Far and isolated if you have to walk from Reggia di Caserta or train Station.

Pros: Beautifully converted old house to elegant and smart b&b-rooms with beautiful patio for dinner and breakfast. Great pool I’m the neighbouring house. Good dinner, great breakfast.

7.1 Good
Pros: The hotel had really good atmosphere and vibe.
