They were very pleasant and helpful. My husband and I were sitted apart. We asked if we could be seated together were told flight ws fuly booked but would try. After a while they were able to make it work we got seats together. Their food is good and attendents are very friendly/helpful.

The lounge staff at reception were inefficient and robotic. Boarding process was chaotic at the gate with no priority for business and first. At arrival into Dubai, no upper deck door . Food option and quality for this flight was awful . Thankfully the bar is always good.
I was not allowed to upgrade with miles whereas others were. That’s a pity
More organised boarding process. It was a circus. Otherwise absolutely top class flight
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The seats were very comfortable and spacious. The entertainment was amazing, and so was the food!
The flight experience was good, but connection time was cut shorted because of delayed start.. it would have been helpful if the flight showed which gate/terminal we need to go for connecting flight and flight timing was less than 30 minutes to connect which made ourselves stressful to catch next flight 😔
Excellent staff! Flights were delayed due to technical issues after everyone was boarded and we sat in the flight for almost 2 hours before taking off. Not enough vegetarian food was available despite pre-ordering. The staff did an exceptional job dealing with both the problems neither of their making.
Surprised how empty comfortable seats in economy were not offered by crew to tall passengers. Felt like courtesy hall mark of emirates is changing. We were told in order to get those seats we have to pay $210. Not the emirates I know from past travels.
Everything was superb, only bad point was that the fast track on London Heathrow arrivals was not handed out to me and I had to go back to the gate to collect it.
First Class on A380 was an incredible experience with a group of very attentive crew. The only flaw of this flight was the boarding process at Concourse C of DXB where no one was managing the queue. I was at Zone A but arrived when they were already boarding Zone C & D. There was no separate gate for Zone A & B to go through.
Check-in was a mess, transfer flights were sepersted so no one could sit with their company. Some tickets were closed to online check-in without notice hand luggage allowances were not checked so oberhead bins were already full halfway through boarding.
Boarding on time. Limited food and drinks options . Few Crew was rude and unconcerned. Entertainment system is old and barely any new contents.
Our seat were changed from Turkish Airlenes without offering us a better choice.We paid for those seats even it was Businesses Class. .The seats we were given was next to cabin crew closet.Crew kept opening the closet while we were sleeping.It was very noisy and we also we’re right to next to kitchen.It was very noisy. We want our money back. Food was horrible when we were flying from Newark to Istanbul. It is a shame for Airline to waste so much money on tastless food.
Turkish Airline is great! The fact that they provided a hot sandwich for an hour flight is truly amazing. I can't say enough good words but Thank You!
This time around, I felt that the crew wasn’t very professional. Speaking / laughing loudly and rushing through service.
On this route the plane was also late and I almost missed a connecting flight to Tashkent. Moreover, my bag did not arrive with the same plane and only on the next flight from Istanbul. I was supposed to travel further from Tashkent to Astana and Saudi Arabia and if I didn't collect my bag in Tashkent I would have missed the next flights because I couldn't travel without my bag and all valuables inside it.
The flight was delayed dur to which I missed my bus from Chicago to Champaign.
Request for “strict vegan” as in the airlines meal selection was not strictly adhered to. My two travelling partners with their Asian vegetarian meals said that their meals were not Asian.
My originating flight by Turkish Airlines was late, so I missed my connecting flight to Dallas I was supposed to pick up a rental car on my arrival and because it was a no show case for this car rental company they cancelled my bookings and charged 368 USD. So because of Turkish Airlines I lost 368 US dollars. Will never fly again with this company.
It was ok. This flight was for my 80 year old grandparents and when they arrived to Beirut no wheelchair (as requested) was waiting for them. My grandpa had to pick up his own luggage, he got soooo tired. No one to help him as we submitted the request ahead of time
