Pros: The sport version is super cool and comfortable.
Cons: The queuing line is too long. It took me for 2 hours to get the car that's why they free upgraded it from Corolla to Camry SE. But overall, I like it and would strongly recommended it. Staffs were super friendly and patient.

Dont rent from Budget, horrible...
Cons: The place I scheduled my car at was closed, then the next closest place that was open wouldn't rent me the car unless I left the keys to my 650hp sports car just in case I needed to be "moved"...

Not as advertised and unsafe.
Cons: Pick up is not onsite as advertised.
Windshield wipers and tires were unsafe. Car had 45K miles, not a problem, but suspect wipers and tires hadn't been replaced. Created issues in snow and rain. Car smelled of strong air freshener for first two days then underlying smell of cigarettes appeared.

Budget cancelled my reservation
Cons: I booked through Kayak, with correct timing according to my flight arrival and departure times. I received multiple confirmations about my reservation from both Budget and Kayak. When I arrived at my destination, Budget had cancelled my reservation. Much to my frustration, the Budget employee "assisting" me did nothing to resolve this issue. Their suggestion was to rebook with them at a completely different rate (original rate $11.99 per day to almost $45 per day) or try another rental agency.
I moved to Alamo and could not have made a better decision! I will do everything in my power to avoid using Budget in the future and share my experience with others to help them make an informed decision.

Pros: Car was almost brand new and in excellent condition.
Cons: The pick up took longer than it should have as my corporation is state tax exempt and the counter clerk was unfamiliar with how to enter that data.
Drop off was complicated by the fact that they entered the wrong starting mileage which had to be corrected before I could receive a bill.
Being a Fastbreak member was of no assistance.
Pros: I liked that the rental plot was right outside the arrivals hall
Cons: I was given a car with an empty tank but told it was full and to return it fall it's was lucky I noticed after driving 30 minutes or I might have ran out of fule at the side of the road. The car I revived was no t what I order if though they had a car that I order sitting there and was still there when I returned

Could have been better
Pros: Pickup agent was great. Other agent on duty was less than professional. Car was dirty at pickup. We experienced a tire failure. Drop off agent was very nice and professional even while I was voicing my displeasure.

Cons: I reserved a minivan. I had children with me on this trip. The mini van would have been ideal. I feel hertz did not have one available when I made the reservation, but went ahead and promised me one. It was disappointing.

Cons: They didn't have a pickup at the airport, had to pay for a 5 min taxi ride across the st. The location was extremely dirty, stains everywhere! The manager was nice, helpful. Waited 20 mins to talk with someone when dropping off because they were on the phone, need more people. Over very disappointed with this company. I won't rent through hertz again or recommend to anyone.

Waived Fee to return to the airport instead of their off site facility
Customer service was good
Cons: Was not informed of the following:
- the rental Company was not actually Hertz but some sort of subsidiary
- They took a $200 deposit at pick up
- Since the open at 9 am, could not return my car earlier even though my flight was earlier and charged a fee to return it to the airport
Turned out well, but it was the surprise factor that made this experience uncomfortable

Pros: I got a Hyundai elantra which was ideal size . the boot easily accommodated my 2 large bags without a problem . the best part was the deal. The same car was showing at 124$ in the rentals site whereas I got it for $80. I could also compare the rates of other providers in the same website without any hassle.

Pros: I enjoyed the ease of picking up and dropping off as well as the cleanliness of the car.
Cons: When picking up the car, I wish there were an easier way to get to the car quicker. The last thing I want to do when I get off the plane is be asked a lot of questions about prepaying for gas, extra insurance, extra driver, etc when I already chose not to select them when booking online. I would prefer to just sign and go.

Hertz is honestly awful
Pros: No matter where I go, their cars smell bad and their people are terrible.
If it's a few bucks extra bucks to go with enterprise just spend it.
Cons: Pickup was okay, only one person on hand so took a while for him to ready the car. Phones ringing endlessly while he did.
I requested an XM radio. I should have requested an ACTIVATED XM radio, because this one wasn't. had to hunt for local stations through lousy radio reception all the way across new york.

Horrible Customer Service
Pros: New Cars
Cons: The managers/assistant managers behavior. The fact that I, being 19 years old, can't drive when my car is in servicing. I need to have a valid credit card under my name, I need to pay 23$ per day for being "underage". The car is being rented for 2-4 months making the total underage cost to be: $1,380-$2,760. I am covered under insurance and have a valid driver license with no fine or accidents on record. If I am leaving a car for servicing, the dealership pays for the rental vehicle ONLY. What's the point of having a rental vehicle when I can't drive it.

Paid more because only had Fiat available
Pros: The people we're nice.when
Cons: When I picked up the car the only economy car that was available was a tiny Fiat that wouldn't even hold my luggage.
The only option that I was given was to upgrade to a chevy Cruze which was $25 more for 4 days.
My experience in the past w/ Emterprise is that they do ALL that they can to make the customer happy.
I wasn't happy w/this situation and I told them that I wasn't!
Also on my emailed receipt it said that I'd paid for an an economy car when I actually paid for an upgrade.

Pros: The Customer Service provided by this location was great from beginning to end! We noticed a tire not holding pressure halfway through our trip, and they switched the car for us within an hour! I'll rent from this location again in the future. Price was great as well.
Cons: When we got to the airport around 8p we tried to call the company and got a guy's outgoing cell phone voicemail with the name of a different company that had something to do with car renting. They had no shuttles and no one at the airport had heard of the company. We ended up just renting from another company because their Yelp! page said they were closed. Doesn't seem like a full service operation or a viable option for car rental in Buffalo.

Pros: Wound up with a Chrysler 200, which was a little nicer than expected.
Cons: No satellite radio, which I thought was standard in rentals. Also, I foolishly opted for the insurance online. They wound up charging me for 5 days insurance on a 4 day rental. Lastly There is no sign for Ace rental on the hotel where I picked up the car, it was actually Corporate Rental.
